deFharo I'm starting this grow with extreme curiosity; I found the seed among the flowers of my previous grow: Diesel Bastard. The plant has self-pollinated, and I couldn't resist germinating it to see what comes out. So far, with half of the weed consumed, 3 seeds have appeared.
The seed germinated in 24 hours, and I transplanted it at 36 hours.
Initially, the plant could turn out male or lack vigor; in either case, I'll pull the seedling. If the seed is female and doesn't show special vigor, I'll grow it in a 3.5L pot, and if it shows unusual vigor, then I'll consider growing it in a larger pot.
I've prepared a substrate enriched with activated Biochar and Solid Mountain Microorganisms (MMS). The first watering was done with rainwater, honey, and Activated Mountain Microorganisms (MMA). In the photos, you can see the proliferation of the MM both at the base and on the surface; the upper and lower encapsulation favors reproduction because they maintain high humidity.
Let's keep going. Cheers and Health!! 😅

deFharo Second week of life for this surprise seed. No news, the seedling is settling into the pot and the first early roots are already showing, at this point I hope it behaves like its mom/dad who had very lush roots.
In this third week, I expect more vegetative growth as the true leaves start to appear, I'm going to start feeding it as soon as possible, I want a nice bushy and vigorous plant before the transplant which I will do in 2 weeks, I plan to switch it to flowering in the sixth week, that is if it doesn't turn out male.
Cheers. See you soon!! 😏

deFharo Third week of life, the seedling has established itself in its pot and is now growing vigorously, the roots are numerous at the base just like its mother-father, the leaves are broad and indicate its indica origin.
No new seeds have appeared among the buds of my Diesel Bastarda, I'm very curious to grow this strain, hopefully it won't turn out male!!
For now, I'm keeping the moisture in the pot with pure water, this week I'll water it with some growth stimulant, I'm going to wait one more week before transplanting to its final pot, or also, before the transplant I can leave it in total darkness to declare its sex and thus not waste time. I'll update you next week.
Until next week. Cheers and health!! 😊

deFharo Day 28 of cultivation and transplant day to a 7L fabric pot.
I prepared a very light substrate made of peat, grass bokashi, reused black soil, and worm humus with a lot of perlite, vermiculite, and zeolite, plus river sand to improve drainage, and finally 12g of kaolin and Illite clay to enhance cation exchange. Regarding the minerals in this grow, I will add them gradually as a top dressing; the microorganisms will take care of dissolving them, and this way, I will add the minerals according to the growth stage.
The seedling arrived with a good root ball; before the transplant, I sprinkled auxins powder on the surface, then I watered profusely with rainwater, honey, and Activated Mountain Microorganisms (MMA). This way, with the moist substrate, the root ball comes out without crumbling, plus the moisture will transfer to the surrounding substrate by capillarity. Finally, I watered around the edges of the pot with 500ml of solution.
Since the seedling arrived with a fairly tall stem, I buried part of it, and to stimulate the growth of adventitious roots, I moistened the stem and sprinkled my homemade black bean auxins.
From now on, I will wait at least 2 weeks to switch the plant to flowering; I'm curious to see the evolution of this stowaway seed I found along with three others in the buds of my previous harvest. Fingers crossed that it doesn't turn out male!! 😎
See you next week!! Greetings to everyone!! 😉

deFharo Fifth week of life and one week since transplanting. After 3-4 days without growth and showing signs of overwatering, my eternal problem, the plant is reacting and starting to grow. I have faith in this plant that arrived in its new pot with an impressive root ball; the fabric pot helps to resolve excess moisture in the substrate.
If this plant turns out to be female, I have high hopes of growing a great specimen.
Greetings to everyone. See you soon!! 😃

deFharo Sixth week of life, two since the transplant, the plant looks healthy, clearly still in the process of establishing in the pot. This week there has been a significant drop in temperatures that may affect growth slowing down, anyway I like the structure it's taking on and the short distance between nodes, I trust that this week the roots will spread throughout the pot and there will be notable growth.
I maintain low humidity in the substrate, I have been watering with pure water since the transplant, yesterday I did a watering for the inoculation of Microorganisms in the substrate, these will favor the expansion of the roots and the assimilation of nutrients and minerals. My Activated Mountain Microorganisms (MMA) preparation includes 6 minerals (Azomite, Montmorillonite, Basalt, Phosphorite, Leonardite, Wood Ash), these minerals cover all the needs of the crop and also include traces of all elements of the periodic table. The plant is the animated expression of the soil minerals, the richer and more varied the presence of minerals in any living being, the more complex and possible its evolution will be.
I assure you that just with the addition of the previous minerals, the list can be expanded if desired, a living soil with Microorganisms that dissolve them in constant communication with the roots and the plant and good water, there is no need for any type of "specific fertilizer," like the popular CalMag and others, I actually think that the strategy of commercial fertilizers, now many with the label "Organic," tries to address specific deficiencies while simultaneously causing others so that you keep buying the next fertilizer on the list, that's why it's essential to understand the fertilization process and differentiate it from the nutrition processes, the big difference is that commercial fertilization considers the soil as mere support for the plant, without rejecting technology I see the plant as the animated expression of the soil and the soil as an extension of life and the fundamental minerals, because without them, no life is possible.
😋 See you soon. Greetings to everyone!! 😵

deFharo Seventh week of life for this Diesel daughter, a pollinated Diesel.
The plant is definitely established in its pot, water consumption has skyrocketed and it consumes about half of the pot's capacity, growth is noticeable day by day, the plant shows a compact structure with very short internodes and a very healthy color. I'm convinced it's going to be a female plant. If it continues like this, I will switch it to flowering by the middle of next week.
On day 43, I did an apical pruning to slow down vertical growth and enhance the growth of the lateral branches. The plant responded immediately, and the two upper tips have started to stand out strongly. To help direct energy to the lateral buds after the apical pruning, I added powdered auxin hormones and watered with my milk-based auxin preparation.
As I am forced to water every 48 hours, the diet of this plant will be very varied, always alternating between pure water and solid inputs, an excellent experience for my highly soluble liquid nutrient preparations.
😇 WEEKLY WATERINGS
Day 44. Rain and mountain water at 20%, molasses, fruit and mineral Biol with EM at 3%, and Ormus at 1%. PH: 6.4 EC: 1. 300ml.

deFharo First week of flowering, after a radical change in the schedule from 18 to 13 hours, the plant is very comfortable and the vegetative development has been remarkable.
Yesterday I made several ties on the branches and the upper tips to shape the crop for greater production; for now, the branches look a bit disorganized until they balance out in search of light.
Water consumption is high and increasing, the plant is fully established in the pot and shows a good root system that will allow me to feed it with very varied diets.
Three waterings this week, two with pure water and molasses and the other with my lacto ferment of minerals (P, Si, Fe, Mg) and animal meals (Ca, N, P), with Effective Microorganisms (EM) at 3% and Ormus (Ca, Mg...) at 1% to regulate the pH (pH: 6.6 EC: 1.25)
For now, that's all; overall I think it's going to be a good crop. I remember that this seed came from a previous Diesel crop, where I found a total of 6 seeds among the 100g that the plant yielded; according to what I read, these self-pollinated seeds are always vigorous females that retain all the genetics of their mother.
Until next time... Greetings to everyone!! 😊

deFharo Second week of flowering, the plant is turning into a nice bush, it hasn't started the pre-flowering of this seed yet, surprise, from my previous 3M • Diesel grow.
The plant has inherited the same leaves from the mother and it seems like it has also inherited her vigor, although more subdued, but in favor of this unexpected daughter, the compactness and bushy shape is more to my liking.
Three gentle waterings and a surface solid feed have been the diet this week:
Day 58. Rainwater and mountain water at 50%, Activated Mountain Microorganisms with minerals (MMA) at 1.3% and Ormus (Ca, Mg...+PH) at 0.25%. PH: 6.36 EC: 0.7 - 600ml.
Day 61. Mountain water, honey, and Lacto ferment of 4 algae with Efficient Microorganisms (EM). PH: 6.41 EC: 0.5 - 150ml.
Day 62. Mountain water, molasses, Activated Mountain Microorganisms with minerals (MMA) at 1%, Potassium humate from leonardite with minerals at 1%.
ORGANIC and inorganic SOLIDS on day 62:
To address the future nutrient deficiency in the substrate of this grow due to the size of the small 6L pot, and given the vigor of the plant, I have prepared a mix of minerals (Slow release) and Organic Nutrients (Quick and medium assimilation) that the Microorganisms in my substrate will efficiently make soluble for the plant to assimilate according to its needs. I have timed this solid feed with the waning phase of the moon, where fluids concentrate more in the root zone, favoring nutrient uptake.
I made an equal parts mix of the following components, finally adding 15g per pot.
POWDERED MINERALS (Slow release):
Azomite (Si, Ca, Al, K... and traces of over 70 minerals that ensure the presence of all immobile nutrients during the grow)
Phosphorite (P)
Basalt (Mg, Fe, Si) The basalt rock provides the combination of Magnesium and Iron that together form chlorophyll.
Montmorillonite (Clay with 40% Silica that also helps improve the substrate because it favors cation exchange and nutrient assimilation)
ORGANIC MATTER (Medium release):
Cottonseed meal (5-2-2 and micronutrients). Ensures the presence of organic nitrogen until the end.
Banana peel powder (K, P, Ca, Fe, Se, Vitamins A, C, K, B3, B9)
Orange peel powder (K, Ca, Vitamins A, C, B9, folic acid)
Worm castings (4-3-3 and micronutrients). Ensures the presence of organic nitrogen until the end.
Well, it has been a busy week, the future nutrient input involves planning and a change of concept and pace in the grow, especially compared to the highly soluble nutrition and its immediate effects on the plants. For me, the path of growing should be slow and taken with patience and care... I encourage you to follow it!!
Greetings to the international community of clandestine Marijuana growers!! 😋

deFharo Ten weeks old and two and a half weeks into flowering.
This week, without any warning, the plant has jumped into flower formation, the foliage has become denser, but not by much, and there hasn't been any height growth, but the side branches are more noticeable. I trust there will be more growth in the coming weeks, as the plant looks very healthy.
Water consumption remains moderate, it dries out the moisture in the pot in 4 days, I hope to see that increase in the coming weeks as well.
This week, just one watering with quite concentrated nutrients:
Day 66. Mountain water (EC: 0.22, Si, Ca, Mg...), molasses, Lacto fermented minerals with Effective Microorganisms (EM, K, Si, Ca, Mg, Fe, B, P...) at 1.8%, potassium humate from leonardite (Humic and fulvic acids, K, OM) at 1.3%, and Ormus at 0.4%. PH: 6.4 EC: 1.75.
The next watering, which will be tomorrow, I will do only with water to help with the complete dissolution of the previous watering.
Until next time!! Greetings to all the fellow growers!! 😊

deFharo Three and a half weeks into flowering and the eleventh week of life from seed. Remember that this seed is one of the 6 that appeared from the harvest of my previous grow 3M • Diesel, it’s a self-pollinated seed that has the same genes as the mother-father, you could say it’s like having clones of that plant in seed form and indeed comparing the shape of the leaves, color, etc. with its mother-father, they look like the same plant, with the difference that in this last grow I’ve managed to shorten the internodes, it currently stands at a height of 42cm, I don’t think it will exceed 50cm, for my growing style this height makes me feel very comfortable.
The plant continues its vital process with a healthy appearance, although with discreet but stable growth, multiple floral buds are appearing, and water consumption remains stable though slightly lower due to the drastic drop in temperatures in my area.
The plant shares a small cabinet with another grow, for now, it’s managing, although a bit cramped, if the plant starts to stand out it will get a wider space in my cabinet. Give a good home and food to a plant and it will give you a great harvest!! 😮
Two waterings this week, gentle, to finish dissolving the last nutrient watering from the previous week.
Day 70. Mountain water (EC: 0.22, Ca, Mg, Si, Fe...) with pH 6.5, corrected with white apple vinegar.
Day 74. Mountain water (EC: 0.22, Ca, Mg, Si, Fe...), molasses, pumpkin Biol, carrot and minerals with Activated Mountain Microorganisms (B, Fe, Vitamins, Carotenoids, MMA...) at 4% and Ormus (Ca, Mg... +pH) at 1%. pH: 6.33 EC: 0.90 -550ml.

deFharo Twelve weeks old and in the fifth week of flowering, the plant keeps progressing, both the foliage and the flowers, you can tell it's at home... this seed is one of the 6 I found in my previous harvest 3M • Diesel Bastard, so it was bred here and it shows!! 😉
This week I've done two strong waterings aimed at overall growth, the plant is responding well at its own pace, I'm pleased with its current height and stature, it's becoming a manageable grow that leaves lateral space to coexist with others without competition.
On day 81, I reorganized the spaces in my cabinets and moved this plant to my best flowering cabinet.
Yesterday I did a little defoliation of the largest leaves because I had humidity problems with another plant that was sharing the cabinet with this one and was infesting it with mold, plus I cleaned the leaves that had mold dust and isolated the problematic plant, which I also defoliated and cleaned the leaves with a damp cloth. Currently, I have a dehumidifier that I turn on when they're asleep, which is when the relative humidity is highest, I don't think the problem will escalate, but I'll keep an eye on it.
WEEKLY WATERING 😳
Day 77. Mountain water (EC: 0.27, Ca, Mg, Si, Fe...), molasses, Lacto ferment of auxins NPK at 2% and Ormus at 1%. PH: 6.32 EC: 1.4. 600ml.
Day 81. Mountain water (EC: 0.27, Ca, Mg, Si, Fe...), fruit biol with minerals and Efficient Microorganisms (EM) at 1.5% and Ash water (Si, K...+PH) at 4%. PH: 6.39 EC: 1.0. 650ml.
Next week, I will do gentle waterings only with MM to avoid the accumulation of organic matter in the substrate that could hinder nutrient absorption.
Until next time, community.

deFharo Fifth week of flowering, 90 days of life from seed. The grow is progressing very steadily, although it hasn't escaped, like my other grows, the unpleasant experience of a cold wave and fungi due to high humidity; the signs are visible on some leaves. Now I believe the grow is stabilized and the proliferation of fungi has ended. What I've done is clean the leaves with a damp cloth and then spray the entire plant with water mixed with Lactic Acid Bacteria to physically wash away the spores and use the LAB as a prebiotic to see if they eat the fungi, which is ultimately organic matter... well, for now, I’ll just keep observing.
I like the structure of the plant; it reminds me of sativas. Water consumption has stabilized after the thermal shock and is now increasing. I've also increased the doses of fertilizer and continue alternating waterings with water and Activated Mountain Microorganisms (MMA) to process the organic matter in the substrate and the last watering with nutrients. Remember that the unassimilated residues from my nutrient waterings remain in the substrate as organic matter, unlike chemical synthetic fertilizers that remain in the substrate as salts. The truth is that I started to apply MMA inoculation intensively in the alternating waterings, and I've noticed the results in all the grows due to the increased water consumption.
DECODING NUTRITION 😁
- I've been regulating the pH of my nutrient solutions for a while, mixing alkaline formulas (Humates and alkaline hydrolysates) with other acidic-based preparations (Biols and ferments). The results are good. I also use Ormus or ash water when I want to raise the pH of very acidic watering solutions, like the inoculation of MMA with my Activated Mountain Microorganisms (MMA) where I don't want to increase the EC of the watering preparation.
Day 84. Mountain Water (EC: 0.27, Ca, Mg, Mn, Fe, Si...), molasses (Free sugars, yeasts, Mg, Cu, Fe, Ca, K, B6...), Activated Mountain Microorganisms (MMA) with minerals (P, K, Ca, Si...) at 3% and Ormus (Mg... +pH) at 1%. pH: 6.10 EC: 1.00. 500ml.
Day 88. Mountain Water (EC: 0.27, Ca, Mg, Mn, Fe, Si...), multi-fruit biol and NPK minerals at 2%, potassium humate from leonardite with P and minerals (Humic, fulvic, himatomelanic, P, K, Ca...) at 1.5% and Activated Mountain Microorganisms (MMA) with minerals (P, K, Ca, Si...) at 1%. pH: 6.40 EC: 1.50. 700ml.
Day 88, solids on the surface, components in equal parts, 20g per pot: Bird guano (2-25-2, Ca, Mg) and bat guano (8-29-2), Palm ash (0-1-30), Bone meal (8-6-0, Ca) and another 40g of Algae Bokashi (1.5-0.5-0.2, microbiology, vitamins, and minerals)
The next watering will be with MMA to start dissolving the previous materials, as they are medium-fast release components, I believe they will be assimilated by the plants in a few days.
Nothing more. Greetings to the community of clandestine growers!! 😁

deFharo Fourteen weeks old, the grow is going well, although the signs on the larger leaves from low temperatures and excess humidity are evident and detract from the grow. This week I did some defoliation of large leaves to improve air circulation and boost the growth of the branches and flowers... it’s a robust plant and it’s at home, I trust it will yield a good harvest.
It has an optimal water consumption and it’s increasing, this week two warm waterings (22°C):
Day 92. Mountain water with my pumpkin biol with MMA at 2% and minerals and ormus to regulate the pH to 0.5%. pH: 6.4 EC: 0.70. 600ml.
Day 95. Mountain water, molasses, MMA at 1.5%, Ormus at 0.5%, potassium humate from leonardite at 1% and Lacto auxins NPK at 1%. pH: 6.35 EC: 1.48. 800ml.
Nothing more for now... Greetings marijuana growers!! 😈

deFharo Seventh week of flowering, 105 days of life from seed, the plant continues to thrive, this week it has shown good growth of the buds, the larger leaves show signs of fungal issues due to excess relative humidity and cold, this week I sprayed the plant with soluble sulfur to prevent the proliferation of the fungus, for now, I have this plant isolated from the rest of my crops. However, I believe I have the fungus under control and now it's time to boost the growth of the buds and the overall strengthening of the plant.
Water consumption is normal, watering every three days. This week I'm going to increase the concentration of PK nutrients to enhance the growth of the buds.
WEEKLY WATERING 😙
- I'm heating the watering water to 21°C to compensate for the approximately 17°C of the substrate.
Day 98. Rainwater. PH: 7 EC: 0.02. 500ml.
Day 101. Rainwater and mountain water at 50%, Leonardite potassium humate with phosphorus and minerals (Humic, fulvic, himatomelanic, P, K, Ca, Si...) at 1.5%. PH: 6.8 EC: 1.70. 600ml.
Day 13. Rainwater and mountain water at 50%, Leonardite potassium humate with phosphorus and minerals (Humic, fulvic, himatomelanic, P, K, Ca, Si...) at 1.5% and Lacto ferment of fruits, minerals, and PK nutrients at 1%. PH: 6.62 EC: 1.45. 200ml.
See you soon. Greetings to all!! 😑

deFharo Week 16 of the grow and another plant confined with others infected with spider mite issues. So far, this grow remains without signs, except for the ones caused by powdery mildew. I’m keeping an eye out for bite marks on leaves and pulling the suspicious ones. I’ve done a foliar spray with Neem oil and diatomaceous earth to try to prevent it. The problem is that I currently don’t have another space for her. Of the 4 compromised plants, this is the one I see the most potential in. Since I’ve already removed the most infected plant and the other two in the cabinet are marked for execution at dawn on the 31st!! What I’ll do is completely disinfect this cabinet, and if the plant remains reasonably healthy, I’ll isolate her in a cabinet just for her until harvest, which could be extended by 2 or 3 more weeks if all goes well.
I also need the space in this main flowering cabinet for my new grows that are already asking for more space and light!! 😷
Nothing more for now, I’ll keep an eye on the grow.
REGARDS, HEALTH, AND HAPPY NEW YEAR TO GROWERS AROUND THE WORLD!! 😉

deFharo Nine weeks of flowering for this Diesel strain, an unexpected daughter of Diesel, fertilized seed born at home, a strong strain like the mother-father, has survived powdery mildew and spider mites; spraying with sulfur and later with diatomaceous earth along with the low temperatures are, for now, safeguarding the crop.
I harvested the mother of this seed after 10 weeks of flowering, almost 11, and this daughter is on the same path and might stretch even longer; the buds are clearly fattening up and the transparent trichomes still dominate the scene.
DECODING NUTRITION 😎
- I keep heating the irrigation water between 21-23°C
Day 112. Mountain water (Ca, Mn, Mg, Si, Fe...) pH: 8, EC: 0.27.
Day 113. Rain and mountain water at 50% (EC: 0.12), Leonardite potassium humate (Humic, fulvic, K...) at 1%, Biol of guanos with Efficient Microorganisms (P, MMA, BAL...). pH: 6.60 EC: 1.30. 500ml,
Day 113. Solid components in equal parts intended for nutrient and organic matter supply, a mix mainly aimed at stimulating the crop, 10g per pot: Algae Bokashi, Bird and Bat Guanos, Powdered PK Humate, Dolomite, Epsom Salt, Cottonseed Powder, Kelp Algae.
Day 115. Rain and mountain water at 50% (EC: 0.12), Leonardite potassium humate (Humic, fulvic, K...) at 2%. pH: 6.65 EC: 1.33. 500ml,
😄 ORGANIC TIP >>>
Potassium humate from leonardite with phosphorus (PK Humate).
I've been using this product in my crops from the end of the vegetative growth until the end of flowering, and now it’s one of my essential formulas.
Leonardite is a mineraloid derived from lignite and mostly composed of organic matter that is in the process of becoming coal; it is not soluble in water. Leonardite is the largest existing source of Humic, Fulvic, and Humatomelanic Acids.
I use it as a solid addition to substrates to improve soil structure, making it more aerated, stimulates oxygen supply to microorganisms, increases growth and cell division, and enhances water and nutrient retention.
I also use it solubilized for irrigation, where the digestion by the plant is immediate.
To make leonardite soluble, I use a type of alkaline hydrolysis with Potassium Hydroxide to which I have added Phosphate Rock (P) and Azomite (Si, Mg, K, Fe... + traces of 70 minerals). The process is simple:
MATERIAL:
Pure water 2000ml. (In this preparation, I used my alkaline spring water (pH: 9.2 EC: 0.85), this water is highly mineralized (Ca, Si, Fe, Mg, Mn...) meaning it has hydrolyzed those minerals which are naturally added to the product.)
Leonardite: 150g
Phosphate rock: 10g,
Azomite: 5g
Potassium hydroxide: 45g.
PROCEDURE:
1) Combine the leonardite with the phosphate rock and azomite.
2) Add the Potassium Hydroxide dissolved in 500ml of water.
3) Let it sit for an hour and stir occasionally.
4) Add the rest of the water.
5) Keep in an open container to allow oxygen in for at least three days.
6) Stir or shake at least 2 times a day during these first 3 days. (The more or better it is stirred, the better the hydrolysis result will be.)
7) After 3 days, it can be used... but I prefer to wait at least a week.
8) The product can be stored in the shade for years; the passage of time makes the mixture age better.
APPROX. COST OF THE PREPARATION: €3.
FOLIAR USE AT 1% AND IRRIGATION FROM 1 TO 3%.

deFharo Eighteen weeks of life for this plant conceived and germinated at home. Diesel S1, putative daughter of 3M • Diesel.
This week it seems the plant has come out of its slumber, water consumption has increased by 30% and the buds show daily fattening. I think the plant still has energy to keep growing, I’m going to wait this week (two more waterings) to see how it evolves, although its fate is sealed... The executioner is on the way!! 😈
DECODING THE WATERINGS 😇

deFharo Week 19 from seed, twelve since the transition to flowering, I've decided to extend the grow for at least another week because the plant is showing fattening in the buds, has good leaf color, and high water consumption. Moreover, there are still many clear trichomes and no presence of amber trichomes.
This plant shared a cabinet with others that suffered a spider mite infestation; this strain resisted and showed no signs of spider presence, although it did suffer from some powdery mildew. Now I need to prepare and disinfect that cabinet for new crops and a change in the lighting system that I want to try in 2021. For this reason, I will isolate the grow in an individual cabinet until harvest, which will be in 7-10 days. This small cabinet has a lot of red light and a higher intensity percentage than the previous one. For this last week, I will apply at least two strong waterings with PK nutrients and one or two with pure water.
This plant, which was born at home from the self-pollination of one of my previous crops (3M • Diesel), is mimicking the same growing times as its mother-father and also the structure of the buds, etc. It has practically behaved like a clone of the original plant.
This week, waterings with low concentration and nutrients, preparing the plant for the final spring...

deFharo It's time for this plant, day 140 from seed, 13 weeks of flowering... a very long grow, and a low to moderate yield.
After the last two waterings with pure water, I’ve cut this plant and put it to dry. In a week, I’ll write a review about this grow.
