You can read my report from Week 14, but a bad set of seeds that I had to treat as a photoperiod which killed my yield, long grow (14 weeks and probably could have gone another 2 weeks easily, compared to the 8 Seedsman suggests), and an okay harvest size. It's resilient, I'll give it that, but even for the quality of bud I wouldn't recommend it, especially to starters. Just go straight NL photoperiod or another seed bank's NL Auto strain.

All of the goods stacked up before weighing!
Hanging/drying some of it.
Always love these stem photos to see how LST works. Can see that there were 4 main branches, with a lot of smaller ones breaking off. Next time I'll concentrate on keeping them all the same height during the stretch phase.

Great tent! Easy to set up, zip/unzip, keep clean, lots of ports for cords, fans, viewing, etc. Only problem I had was the fabric reflecting tray that came with it wouldn't fit, so I had to put down oven tins to catch runoff water.
I'm not going to go into super detail summarizing the grow! I've written a couple thousand words and posted a couple hundred pictures, so if you want a breakdown just go read the damn diary! Instead I'll break down how the harvest itself went here.
Wife and I decided to cut it because this strain has shown few negative effects and we liked the high we got from our samples (only thing I miss is a euphoric/giggly stage, but that might be fixable with higher dosing). We don't smoke (gasp!), but we do edibles, so this whole batch was intended for tinctures. We debated drying them for a few days, but we've gotten good results with baking fresh, so we went ahead yesterday with that.
Wet bud minus the stems and trim came out to be 367g, which when baked at 240 degrees for 40-60 minutes (did a tray of each) came out to be 82g dried. It ain't hang-drying and cure, but gives an idea of what to expect! Crumbled in the hand, so it's about as dry as one could get. Also pulled off 56g of trim which ended up as 12g once baked and was thrown into the tinctures for good measure. 52g of stems, all discarded. Tincture recipe used 190 Everclear prepped in the freezer. We shook it around for 20 minutes before sampling a bit, understanding that it probably won't be at full potency for a couple weeks. High is pretty mellow, very relaxed and can make you sleepy but easy to keep moving and energized. Certainly not couch-lock. I'm curious to see if its potency will change after sitting a couple weeks. I'll update if it does.
This has been a fun diary to keep up! Hopefully it'll help some of you NL Auto growers. We've got enough weed for the next year, so I'll probably start another grow next fall. Until then, good luck with your grows! - 4RockandStone
UPDATE 12/29: Adding to this now that I've done a first batch. After 2 weeks in the freezer, potency has definitely increased some, but not as much as I'd like. I was shooting for something like 3-4ml being my dosage, but it's more like 5-6ml. Could be it just wasn't done, could also be my decarb wasn't enough/was too much. Good news is when it hits it's giving more of a body vibe, so I'd give it like an 8-9/10 depending on the day. I'm running a second wash now, so I'll update if I pull more out from a second wash. That'd really boost the usefulness of it if I can get another 25-33% potency and would be my ideal. Either way, it's about 3-4 months of supply of daily moderate usage as it stands, but more like 9 months-a year of a few times a week. 3.6, not great, not terrible!
From what I can see it's a healthy mix of Cloudy and Clear. Look for 30% amber for a harvest sweet spot on your plant.
Always look to the buds and not sugar leafs when checking! 🤘😤
Hello!
what a nice looking plant you got there, great job!
Soon you'll be able to enjoy the puffs of this delicious strain ehehe
I'm actually writing and tasting it, as I just harvested mine a few weeks ago eheh
Good luck with the remaining time, happy grow
@TheGourmetWeed, I have an end date I have to keep to due to company, but I intend to run her as long as I can! NL Autos can take a while; some people on Grow Diaries ran theirs 18-24 weeks!
@4RockandStone, thank you for the kind words :D
If you followed my diary, then I really give you a good piece of advice. Let it be a couple more weeks than I did.
I regret now harvesting so soon as the effects could be stronger.
@TheGourmetWeed, thanks man! I've been looking at your diary the past few weeks to gauge what to expect with this NL Auto. Hope it turns out as well as yours!
