From flower to harvest should have been better then we experienced. We had made many mistakes, but learned from them.
When we got these clones, we were not properly prepared, but can't look a gift horse in the mouth right? (or however that saying goes)
At first they did wonderfully. Then we took them out of their nice cozy area and into a bigger room. Under the same light. BIG LESSON HERE LEARNED!!!
Then we had heat issues. and then and then and then....... we learned from each experience and hope to do much better moving forward.
Sorry, only one photo of the product dry. Having issues downloading right not.
The weight reported above was the weight of what was kept for smoking. We did get about the same amount for use in balms.
Shes starting off this week with a new room and a bit of a trim. Lights adjusted to 8 inches. Sprinkled dehydrated manure on top before watering with 1 full gallon of water.
My husband wanted to open her up a little more to the lights, so she went through a bit of a trim. Shes pretty sad right now, but with the added manure, plenty of water, and some time, we hope she recovers.
I'm a little concerned. She hasn't healed well yet. She was not happy after her trim last week and still has not completely recovered. Another week and I think she will be fine. Doing nothing but watering and letting her heal and continue to flower.
Ok! So.....during the week my husband decided to add some bloom nutrients. We were going natural plus manure, but these plants were given to us right before flowering and had not been grown almost natural to begin with. Sooooo, here we are. 😁
She's looking sad to me. We are starting the 6th week of flowering, but I'm not sure she liked her trim two week ago. Her leaves are shriveled and brown toward the bottom of the foliage and in the middle where light isn't coming through.
We made no adjustments with the light, but have taken an extra day between watering. We will resume normal watering cycle the middle of this week.
We also added nutrients for bloom as stated above.
I tried to get some good shots of a couple different bud sites, but I'm working with a new phone camera and it doesn't like me. 😫
Mad, mad, mad. Shes mad because we took her from her cozy little closet put her into a beautifully big room and.........didn't have enough light to hug around her.
Its taken me way to long to figure this out. However, I have and plan to look more into the light and space aspect as we move forward into new projects. We have added a 1000watt led light into her room and have hope she will finish up ok. Probably not the best yield but better if we hadn't added the light. We will see. A few more weeks and she will be up for harvest. 🤞
Had a rough past week.
Experiment plant died. Room got too hot.
New light works wonders, but forgot to calculate temp increases between rooms, plus the increase in temps in our locale.
1.5 days with no love and My husband and I were like oh dang!
Added fan and turned on air. Temps were mid 80s in all rooms. We are watching closely and all rooms (as of now) are back to normal. 😊
Now onto Rabbit Hole: She was stretching more toward the new light and she was furthest from it. We switched her places with the Chernobyl and centered them more under the one new light. She's happy and growing well. She's by far the one who's least harmed by the warmer temps this past week.
I looked really closely at the trichomes and all are still clear. I couldn't locate any clouding up yet. Perhaps she will go much longer in flower. I plan to check throughout the week.
No real change or update. Sorry. Opening day for rifle. 😁 Getting 🦌.
Bought ph testers. (Water and soil) New light and changing the rooms around again. Its a constant change for us as we upgrade and learn. Plus super limited space. Will do complete update midweek or for next weeks update.
She is being flushed right now. We will cut her down and hang her Monday night. I will update once dried and know weight. 😘
