Hey there! I've been growing for over 20 years and I've seen this in many closet grows... that is a light and air flow problem... She's stretching because of the lack of light- the popcorn buds you mentioned are normal with that amount of stretch. Less stretch= denser flower clusters. They will continue to grow into single nugs. The wilting leaves are from an excess of oxygen CO2 in your cabinet. When it gets like this your plant can no longer intake proper amounts of CO2 and will eventually die. You really need to get some ventilation in there and in the room surrounding the cabinet. If there's not enough air exchange in both you will continue to have some growth problems moving forward. A ventilated tent in a room with a cracked window is a good place to start! Oh..the paper leaves are likely from humidity and reduced water uptake from less energy being supplied via the leaves. Hope this helps!
