Saw first signs of nute burn so I dialed the Bloom Solution down alittle. Brooke has gotten taller than expected so much so that I had to remove the 6" container that the 5 Gal container is sitting on. Will have to use it only when flushing because the highest part of Brooke is about 7" away from light.

My plant has gotten taller than the don't go past this line marker and was almost touching my light. I cut the top off by two nodes and am still 10" below the light. The other cola branches are @ 12" below light. I have four other COla branches should I trim them down to canopy?

Hey there Commander, im a fan of using supercropping as a last resort, so i would say try LST first then supercropping. For LST as you know , you can use a trellis net to keep the branches in an even canopy that's a good distance from the light. Otherwise there are plant ties that you can use to bend some of the branches down tied either to the pot or to the lower branches of the plant itself. Then there's the supercropping where instead of trimming and cutting off the plant mass what you do is you bend until you hear some cracking but no snapping, then bandage the affected area with duct tape so it's HST but it's HST light. What happens is the plant will end up healing and making a knot where the bend was then it will think the whole branch has been removed which will cause it to send more juice to that branch leading to bigger yield. Controlling the plant and bigger more potent yield, what's not to like. Hope this helps ! 🚀

BEEN USING GHE FLORA GROW, MICRO & BLOOM SOLUTION INTO 5TH WEEK OF FLOWERING. IF I WANTED TO USE KOOLBLOOM, WOULD I JUST SUBSTITUTE IT IN PLACE OF THE FLORA BLOOM OR WOULD IT BE ADDED AS A FORTH NUTRIENT? iS IT TOO LATE TO ADD A BLOOM BOOSTER? THANKS.

Hey there CommanderCanna, yeah so you've got the right idea using KoolBloom, which is a PK booster, so you use that as an extra to the existing NPK which you do keep . A good measure of when to add it is when the buds are the size of your thumb . For a "bloom booster" yes , it's never too late to use it, usually you have micro, npk, and an additive, a bloombooster will be an additive, so you can add it if you're not adding anything else in that category. Just be careful because usual doses of other nutrients will become much more available so stronger. Hope this helps! 🚀

The plant got too tall and now there is uneven light distribution across the six colas. should I cut off more lower branches and just let tHE COLAS GROW OR IS IT TOO LATE FOR THAT?

Hi there! Best way to secure even light distribution at this point would be to move those bigger and taller colas to the sides of the grow area, while keeping the lower ones in the middle. It's all about the distance from the lamp to the cola unless your colas grow over the lamp/lens angle

I’m late to this party so forgive the intrusion please. @CRiSPrGrow advised you wisely above, but I offer this clarification regarding supercropping - Done expertly, it amounts to XLST. Extra Low Stress Training. I never snap or squeeze stems. I grip firmly with both sets of thumbs and forefingers and roll it, almost like pedaling a tiny bicycle. It’s silent, never breaks the exterior of the stalk, and yet it falls flat when released. Zero recovery time. Tops are thriving the next morning. Visit @growdoctordc on Insta for pictures and explanations of this and many creative techniques to reduce the labor of cannabis growing, while improving taste and potency
