Stopped feeding with Root 66 as I'm starting week 3 of flower and did some heavy defoliation and lollipopped all the lower bud sites. I've also been wanting to tidy up the pot as it was very awkward to water her, so I did that and retied all the branches neatly and evened the canopy out. Also all the bud sites are showing signs of flowering now!
Added the Monster PK 18/20 to the mix at 0.25ml/L to see how she pumps up over the next few weeks.
She already has gotten significantly taller and the bud sites now are more visible with small bits of trichomes starting to show.
Started looking very frosty with buds appearing and some are conjoining together. Really hope this plant will produce some decent buds as this is my first grow ever and my favourite strain!
Halfway through the week I raised the lights to 18" as I read that should be the recommended height for flowering with this specific LED.
Buds definitely getting bigger. I raised the lights up for a few days and changed my mind so I met it halfway by raising the pot a bit. Some buds are starting to connect and others are starting to get a bit more size to them. One thing I can say is that it's very sticky in there and the aroma is really starting to take over the place! (Which is good, right?) 😉
I also upped her nutrients to the full dose of both Vitalink Bloom and Monster PK.
Can't wait to see what she looks like in the end, and how the finished product turns out!

Mixed up the last lot of nutrients and now starting from next week I think I'll begin flushing! I have noticed some slight tip burn and I'm not sure if it will become an issue before flushing next week or if it's normal at this stage in flower?!
Apart from that and the odd middle branch being too heavy to support itself and leaning over the others, she seems to be doing fine!
So I have very slight tip burn on all main sites week 8 flower, is it normal for this stage of flower?
Will it be an issue before I start my flushing process next week?
Hey friend,Your plant looks healthy to me.Slight tip burn is nute burn from excess of nutrient.And it will stop as soon as you start flushing.Remember to adjust your plain water pH when you flush.Don’t worry if the plant start showing deficiencies after flushing.Mean it is close to harvest.Happy growing... ✌️
Started flush and hopefully I get to see some colors come out on her. The growth slowed down and I thought I'd run into a problem, but it turned out she was just bulking up inside and getting very dense!
The branches have started flopping all-over the place cause of the weight the buds are packing on and the stems aren't strong enough to support most the middle ones to stay fully upright.
The smells have started to appear a lot more skunky as those trichomes are getting thicker and super sticky!
So proud that I've made it this far with what I believe to be an actual crop that I thought would never turnout half this decent!
Hopefully she makes it till the very end without any problems.
Guys I'm currently on day 65 of flower and not sure when to harvest this plant. The breeder states that this strain has a flowering time of 65-70 days. Could you guys help me out please?!
Only way to find out for sure is to get a pocket microscope and check how the trichomes are looking. If they are clear, your bud contains mostly non-psychoactive cannabis precursors. If they are all milky, you will already get pretty stoned. Recommended harvest time is when 10-30% of the trichomes are amber.
Congratulations! Effin nicely done! Yes, I would be happy to harvest now. That fact that you thought to ask, tells me, deep down inside, your intuition is telling you the answer already. Do not get wrapped up too heavily in what the breeders have to say, they are only giving you a guide, based on averages over hundreds of plants that they grew when developing their particular strain. There are countless factors that can influence your plant, in your growing conditions, with your growing methods and with this very individual plant with her unique genetics, that makes it impossible to say precisely how many days, hours, minutes and seconds it will take for YOUR plant to be ready. Plants are living, individual, organic beings and not robotic machines pre-programmed to an exact formula. Enjoy your hobby, it is not about winning and losing or ego tripping, you have created with your own hands and knowledge, a beautiful flower to enjoy in good company!

Guys I'm literally days away from cutting her down and I tested her run off I noticed it was 5000ppm! So I ran a BIG FLUSH till I got my runoff down to what is going in. Will this affect my plant in any way? So paranoid cause she smells chemically..
Just give her a flush every day until harvest, not much else can be done at this stage. Probably not the news you want to hear, but it is, what it is.
Looking at your diary, she seems very very close to harvest in my opinion. Very tasty looking! Might have to try Mimosa Evo myself!!
Congratulations! She looks beautiful. Careful "slow" drying in an airy dark space and careful curing for (minimum) 2-3 weeks, should result in some tasty flowers.
Try not to stress, you have learned a lot through this grow no doubt. Be excited about your next grow that you will do with all this extra knowledge!

Right so now I flushed the hell out of this lady and the runoff now is the exact same as what's going pretty much. Also I'm super happy to see the purples coming through and also the smell has changed drastically and started smelling more like Mimosa than it did pre-flush. Going to do one last flush now and leave it 2 or 3 days then leave her in the dark for 48 hours then cut her down!
Managed to pull exactly 4oz off my first ever grow!
Really impressed with the look of the buds and the density of them, along with the resin production is insane!
Only negative feedback I can give so far is that it smells nothing like any Mimosa I've come across and it smells extremely strong like an intense citrusy cleaning product! It's really off-putting at this moment in time especially when I burp the jars, the smell is very intense!
I read a few threads mentioning that sometimes this is normal and the cure mellows it out eventually.
I also read that Clementine has a very intense cleaning product exhale to it and aroma, which is leading me to think that this pheno is leaning more towards the Clementine more than the Purple Punch and that will really make me sad, cause the reason I love Mimosa is cause of the strong berries flavor and aroma!
Oh well I managed to pull 3 seeds out while doing a close trim so that's a bonus! Was a goal I was aiming for after hearing about a method from a friend and it paid off perfect cause those were the only 3 seeds in the whole crop and they look exactly identical to the one I germinated for this grow and the rest of the others in the pack! Lets hope they all turn out to be females!🤞
