UPDATE: 9/27/2020 Both of the seedlings are seeming very happy and healthy and so far, are loving life. Decided to keep the dome on both of them for the next couple of days to keep humidity very high for them, and a few days will start applying very light wind.
So I definitely highly recommend the Pete pellets, I took the seeds out of my refrigerator after being in there almost a year, I let them get to room temperature for about a day, I added a little water to the Pete pallet so they would swell, 10 minutes later through the dry seeds into them, in less than two days head sprouts. I recommend you give them a try, we’re growing White Widow this time, from the Phoenix seed company.
October 3rd the plants are a week old now. The sister on the left is strong. But both are doing well. Going for around a 50-60 day Veg then move to Flower. Going to set up a proper two level scrog net in about three weeks from now. Alll is going well
Been a while since an update, went on vacation, these two I decided to chop and try to mainline them, because my main concern is the cold is getting even light so why not address that now right?
For no supplemental Co2 and having the plants just grow natural. No defoliation, no lolly popping. Minimal watering, just monitoring. I want to gain knowledge on many ways on how cannabis grows, im impressed with the 240 gram harvest. The last harvest though was 235 grams and 3 plants only... so will stay with the fine tuning and supercropping.
Its been a while. Today is day 66.
Plants are great. Had some heat issues here and there with not having ac on. Simple fixes though.
Not defoliating as much at all this time just to see the difference. Last harvest i defoliated sooo much. Had decent buds.
But you wont know it know it until you grow it!
UPDATE: Dec 3rd 2020.
So after noticing both white widow plants not accelerating in growth as they should, as well they were suffering from not producing photosynthesis. Due to a lack of Magnesium.
So to counter this Im feeding the widows separate from the APA’s. Now using 4-5ml per gallon of Cal-Mag per gallon for the widows, already the green started to come back and leaves, as well as some of the red/purple is fading in the veins. Will probably try (Cali-Magic) next time. All is still well, buds starting to gain weight a little. No defoliation here this harvest. Near end yes, to help flush. Thanks yall!
11/29/2020 Day 65 All together. Around day 15 of flower.
All I can say is WOW!
Those freaking Alaskan purple autos took off like a Russian rocket in the 1960s, hopefully the end result will be just the same, complete explosion of buds!!!
Literally last week those plants were about 14 inches shorter, they grew roughly 2 inches per day, never heard of this before. Using the same nutrients I always use you can see what’s listed, they completely dominated over the white widows, just take a peek at my last week and see . Highly recommend going to seedsman online and picking up some of those, the girls are very healthy other than chasing down to close the distance between the light and the canopy, not going to stress it so much what burns will burn, I’m not going to raise my light to a ridiculous height away from the white widows, although I will use this as a learning curve and my next harvest I will not be so cheeky and I will only grow one strain at a time.
12/15/2020 been a while since an update.
For not using any source if Co2, i am impressed with this run. Still have about 5-6 weeks left to see what we get. Thanks for looking!

Happy Holidays to all.
So to explain a bit, these seeds were FREE replacements from www.Seedsman.com to make up for (one) seed that did bot germinate out of 22 seeds ordered...this is BEYOND customer service. And Since they were free I kind of let them do their own thing. And the Alaskan purple Autos took off with their instincts. One of the right was topped earlier in life. One of the left is as nature intended . The White widows I mainlined, but as novice did not Anticipate the difficulties that I would discover with the distance of the light for each plant, either way you live in learn and I’m kind of glad it happened to me. On the next run we’re looking to see some much more exciting strains, also some well-known ones look for new diary soon in the future, these guys are about 3 to 4 weeks out of what I’m anticipating until they’re done, looking forward to see the autos turn a nice purple I can see the tips of the leaves turning now, as well enjoy future posts.

Sorry for the lack of pics. Will update in the next few days with some magnification of the tricomes, as well as bud structure and even some fox tailing on the Alaskan Purples!
Looking forward to a not too bad harvest. Did not plan this grow out as well as i should have. But the next diary with the BigBud cross will be much better. Stay tuned for close ups of last week bud development. Thanks all.
1/8/2021 Now we begin a 2 week flush. Then Harvest these beauties. :)
