Thanks Original sensible seeds for the opportunity to grow some of their great genetics.
After her tail popped in a damp paper towel I potted her in a 4 inch pot about a half inch deep in organic soil consisting of perlite, peat moss and EWC. Two days later she poked her head above soil and this is what I consider Veg day 1(V 1).
A bit too much light I think has slowed the next set of leaves down but I'm sure she'll grow out of it. Good week overall but she has a wild leaf curl that may be from lower humidity.
Transplanted to a 1 gallon pot of organic soil ammended with 1 Tbsp of Gaiagreen all purpose and some dynomyco for the roots on V 18. Great week of growth.
Mixed up 19 litres of coco based soil ammended with EWC, bokashi pro grow, dynomyco and gaiagreen all purpose and power bloom at a ratio of 6 Tbsp of each for each 19L fabric pot. The structure on the strain is very nice, the node spacing is very tight and the lower branches are growing almost horizontally and I may not have to do any training. Great week of growth!
Was a great final few days of veg. This girl is heading to the flower room tomorrow. I am curious what she will do during the stretch, so far she has stayed very shirt and tight. So far she has been a pleasure to grow.
After 40 days above ground it was time to put this girl in the flower room. Looking forward to seeing how she performs. Great first week of flower, should start getting some bullets late next week.
Had to tie this girl to the side of the pot because she kept pulling her self over to one side. Topdressed on F 13 with some EWC mixed with 1/4 cup bokashi pro grow, 1 Tbsp of gaiagreen all purpose, 1 Tbsp of gaiagreen high phos bat guano and 3 Tbsp of gaiagreen power bloom. Had a nice week of growth and more pistels daily.
Watered with some molasses on F 21. She hasn't stretched too much considering I haven't done any trainer on her. It was a great week of growth and budgets are forming nicely.
Did some lower cleanup on her on F 26 and found a few single pollen sacks that I plucked. Hopefully no more will come up and can be dealt with without seeding the crop. Good week overall, I have noticed the top leaves are getting a bit of colour on them. I don't think it is a deficiency but I will be keeping my eyes on it.
Topdressed with 4 Tbsp of Gaiagreen power bloom, 1 Tbsp of high phos bat guano and bokashi pro grow mixed with EWC on F30 and watered in with some molasses water. End of week 5 from flip and she's developing some earlier than expected colours but looks good.
Watered with some added molasses on F 37. This girl is getting some nice early colour to her, I imagine it's from the lower night temps now that winter is here. Topdressed with some EWC mixed with 4Tbsp of Gaia green power bloom on F 41 that I think should get her to the end
This girl is getting very close to being chopped. Most of the hairs have receded and being a pure cbd strain I just go by the breeders timeline rather than trichomes and they say 55-60 days. Took a small bud to dry and test on F 55, she has a nice sweet note to her.
Took a small bud on F 56 and had a quick vape of it and this girl is ready to come down whenever I have time. She tastes and smells like a bouquet of flowers with a nice relaxed effect. Started harvesting the tops of this girl on F59
Really great flavour and smell from this flower. It smells just like a florist's shop and tastes very similar with a bit of lemon and pine in there as well. No stone with it but just a nice relaxed uplifted sense of calm. I did find a couple of pollen sacs hidden in her that had opened so that may be why the weight wasn't quite up there.
Took the top half of this plant down on F59 and did a quick wet trim and hung the tops too dry. I don't think the yeild will be huge but a very nice smell during the trim. I did find some pollen sacs that were hiding so hopefully it did not get too seeded. I'll post more details after the dry and remaining chop. Ok so I let the bottoms ripen up for another week and chopped them. I won't leave a photo period plant untrained again as they are just too much of a pain to trim the lower stuff. I will report some weight after lowers dry and are jarred. All finished and ended up with 73g of bud.
