Just started. She is stretching a lot even though she is on a very powerful LED, but she is growing fast so I am not worried. Only water sparingly with voodoo juice and bud candy.
Update day 6: growing steadily!
Day 10: she is growing well. Just transplanted and started the feeding. She is now in a 8L fabric pot. Hopefully she will not get the pythium as her sisters in coco.
Update day 23: I topped her and she recovered well but she is not growing very fast. I suspect she is still filling the pot with roots. She showed the first pistil today so maybe she will start flowering soon. Hope she vegs more though.
Update 27: she is now growing faster. The side branches are shooting up after the topping, and I am moving fan leaves aside so that they can get more light and become dominant. She has a calmag problem so I added 1ml/L calmag today. Seems like a ever present problem with this strong LED and these nutes. Hopefully it won't be enough of a problem to prevent a good harvest. Last photo has all three plants I currently have (plus a fbt37 runt). The cali and fbt37 on the lower part of the photo are 40 days.
Update day 34: she is flowering already while still gaining some overall size. She looks healthy other than some cal mag def. She has 6 dominant tops. I am watering .75 L every 3 or 4 days.
Update day 38: she is flowering hard. Unfortunately she does not have much space, but she looks like she will yield well for her size. She is further along her sisters who are 10 days older.
Update day 41: everything is going well. She is ahead of her sisters even though she is younger. Interesting to see a sativa dominant this compact.
Update day 48: she is flowering well. She is the furthest in the flowering cycle even though she is the youngest. She now has a bit more room since the fbt37 was moved out (hermie plant). I must say that if this has a sativa high indeed, then this is an amazing plant to have in rotation since she is fast, compact and resilient.
Update day 56: She is getting really fat. She is suffering from a calmag deficiency, but she does not seem to mind too much and is moving along well. I would say she should be ready in 3 weeks time.
This is the end. Unfortunately, the funghi got the best of this plant. She was healthy and nearly overnight she looked like in the photos. What a nasty disease! I think this strain has a lot of potential and I wish to grow it again. The buds were already smelling like lemon despite the underneath rot smell.
