Little white dots are likely spidermites. Check undersides of leaves with a magnifying glass. If you have mites then mix a little dawn soap in water and spray the undersides of the leaves and the top of leaves next. You can spray the bud to if you see any mites near the flowers. a teaspoon in a windex bottle the rest water. Spray just before lights out. Repeat in a few days to kill any hatching eggs or mites you may have missed. Cheers
