First real feeding. Im Keeping dosages at half strength once a week for the remainder of the grow. I had an overfeeding issue with my last grow that I'm learning from. That being said, thing are looking great!
Week #4 and looking healthy. Discovered my grow room has a spider mite problem but the lady bugs are on the way! I did decide to perform some LST on 2 of my 4 plants for yield comparison/to improve my skills. Other than that, so far so good!
Rounding the #5 week corner. Crazy the difference in growth 2 weeks makes. The lady bugs have been dispatched and seem to be doing their job. Really pleased with how these plants are growing so far and grateful I decided to LST a couple plant as those are looking the best.
Tough to say what plant is my favorite at this point. They are all looking very nice 👌. I Added a whiteboard partition to give more reflection/make better use of my light. Slowly tweaking and fine tuning things as I go!
Pretty interesting that two of my plants are producing purple buds, not really sure why. All in all im really happy with this grow thus far and I cant wait to see how the purple buds progress!
Added another 1000w LED to my grow room. Plants are looking great, bud structure is different from my last grow but looking fantastic non the less. Interesting, the different phenotypes between the plants...really can't wait to see how the purple flowers end up! I began flushing today as these look like they could be done in a week or 2 max, judging by the trichomes.
@ SnowRyder did the lady bugs work? I had the same problem in my last grow. I used diatomaceous witch seemed to work but I wasn't able to get rid of them completely.
@Jaycon, Thanks for the update. I sprinkled some diatomaceous on the outside corners and inside of my tents and the corners of the grow room. The idea is that the bugs will crawl through the powder and they will die from dehydration because they can't regrow their exoskeleton. I haven't seen any flying bugs or ants since I treated my grow room a few weeks ago.
This stuff is non-toxic to the plants even if you sprinkle it right on top of the soil.
@TJMJR, I wouldn't say it eliminated my problem but it certainly kept the population down/ manageable. I would try another solution in the future, though.
