*Insert Generic Greeting * Hello! How is everyone doing! I’ve run through so many introductions haha. Still, lots of stamina left! 🐒
This is Remo Chemo, a regular clone from Remo Chemo 2020 (II) who is currently in flower. This comes from Dinafem and is a backcross lineage of Remo Chemo x Remo Chemo. I haven’t really nailed this strain with a grow yet. I’ve sensed the potential and had at least one harvest where I realized the potency - but no home run grows. I’m still chasing this one. Even its parent was third of three of its generation. I was least successful cloning Remo and as a result have been less generous with spreading the genes around. In fact, this plant I am surprised survived and is now flourishing as it was crooked and frail. This is also a single go: I didn’t have any more clones when it was all said and done. I should I have included the first clone in my breeding diary.
I have had alot of clones ongoing and things were too hard to keep track of the photos and so no pictures of roots. This clone is from August 22nd, it is day 43. I used HP Pro Mix, with a small amount of perlite and worm castings added, 4-4-4 Gaia Green All Purpose, and Myke Flower mycorrhizae.
My tent is a DIY hung mylar tent in an unfinished basement. I have two 300 actual watt full spectrum LEDs. I have a centralized air duct system that feeds heat pump/furnace/fan circulated air. I include temperature and humidity data from yesterday and part of today.
Day 50 for the singular Remo Chemo clone. Compared to some of the other diaries, this one seems lonely indeed. A little bit better state, more growth, starting to speed up. Remo has been a bit slow growing for me so I anticipate a bit longer for a transplant. Things look steady though! No issues. I’ll have to apply LST at some point, and consider if I want to keep cloning.
Day 57 for the single Remo Chemo clone. This one is ready for the tent to clear out and get some light! It also is in need of a transplant this week (and LST). But that this planned, unlike another diary where I may have missed a transplant. The tent is jammed and so I have a contrasted environment above and below the canopy. Very toasty at the top of the tent, mid to high 20s Celsius. Underneath the canopy its much cooler and I will enter that data this week. I’m not sure whats the deal with the server so no digital readings today.
Day 64 for the Remo Chemo clone. All my veg. tent seems to be on day 64. I’ll resist reusing the Nintendo 64 joke. I transplanted Remo Chemo this week into a larger container. I used HP Pro Mix, with a small amount of worm castings and perlite added, 4-4-4 Gaia Green All Purpose, and Myke Flower mycorrhizae. I then tied it over LST style. Just one big bow or bend. I topped as well. As the veg. tent clears out the added light and air flow will help produce bigger and stronger branches, and strengthen what is already there.
Day 71 for the Remo Chemo clone. More space and light available as I cleaned up my veg. tent. I’ll start to develop a better canopy now. I’m topping to slow top growth and get some shape. I had extra solution of Safer’s potassium based soap and neem oil which allows me to be proactive. It dried everything out and so after photos I irrigated with water and blackstrap molasses and Plant Prod MJ Spike (CalMag). No problems thus far, I’d like to get some clones eventually and keep the strain going.
