I contacted the genetics experts from Dutch Passion and they rate that there might be some sort of mutilation or root genetics problem.
I am not giving up on her.

@Inganjawetrust, I checked what the growers do on a 18 hour light schedule with this plant and it looks crazy.
My plants get about 10-12 hours sun a day in summer.
