- This was a set up week before flowering
- I've gotten a bit "handsy" with this girl but it's good practice for other times I want to supercrop
- I broke one of the growth tips at the very top of the stem so I lost a major top cola!
- At the very beginning of week 8 I pinched and popped a few stems that were starting to overgrow some of the lower stems
- My goal here was to try and toughen up these skinnier stems and keep them even with others
- She will now have 7 days to recover before the flip
- Removed some low growth tips and a branch from the very bottom that was a runt
- Slight defoliation of maybe a hand full of fan leaves from the bottom
- By the end of the week she is looking a lot tall and bushy, ready for the flip to flowering
- Had to leave her for a few days and she looked a bit droopy in the last photo but I know she will bounce back nicely for wk 1 of flower
@Terpy_Sonic, download a book called "Organic Marijuana Soma Style"and give it a read. It's a quick read and in it he talks about plant training, among other things. It's a bit dated but I think the super cropping tutorial and explanation he gives will give you knowledge on another useful way to get more out of your plants. You should be able to locate the PDF online for free!
