Critical orange punch

Severely stunted and this is it after 4 weeks, pretty disappointed...first attempt at growing a feminised seed. Could be because my dog pissed on it and i let the pot dry out too much at one stage in the second week. On top of this its already growing heaps of pistils so not expecting it to get much bigger at all...it looks better now tho since iv watered and fed nutes wel see what happens
