Royal Gorilla is an insanely powerful hybrid that, until recently, was only available in the US. With THC levels that at times well exceed 25%, she gives a spectacular high of incredible relaxation together with a balancing uplifting euphoria. Because of her potency, Royal Gorilla also has good medicinal potential, which makes her a good choice to help with chronic pains and other ailments.
as this is our first diary we thought this might be an awesome strain to start with
we got the seeds and planted them in the easy start kit that was given to us with the seeds
using our favorite nutrition General Hydroponics FloraDuo they sprouted in 2 days and the picture above is after 4 day's in the ground
we are new to the whole diary thing so in the future more technical and informato filled storys
but for now we are gonna keep it simple
best wishes and thanks for reading/following

Next week we hope for some more progress and a few awesome pictures from a dslr
happy growing
Nibameca
Not a lot of changes in the feeding and light schedule there growing really nicely and have a beautiful green color
the mites, the fucking mites took a while and a lot of effort but there all dead
the pictures are of the end of week 3 had a lot of stuff on my mind so week 4 is just around the corner we will upload those also a few days later so there are some changes to see
Thanks for the nice coments
Nibabeca
our apologies for the very late upload we had a few personal issues, and we are going to make sure this is not happening again But the god damn mites are finally under control and our plants are very happy again the royal gorilla is doing great and growing like a champ
since the last upload they grew significantly to now 30 to 33 centimeters and after the mites they are starting to look nice and green again almost back to full health
we upped the nutrients and the amount of volume we give each day and we are back to uploading every Wednesday again
enjoy the pictures and see you next week
Cheers,
Nibameca
another week went by and for now the mites problem seems to be under control,
we had a few in the room took all the plants out and sprayed them with neem oil and cleaned out the room and blasted it with Co2 to kill all the crawlers by freezing.
After we tested this on a leaf invested with mites none of them survived so our hopes are high for the room
was alot of work but we got it done.
The Gorilla's went to 12/12 today so next week is the first update on the flowering stage.
Next time also sharper pictures my camera battery died on me so had to use my phone.
Look like everything that can go wrong goes wrong not a great start for our first diary but we will get there and keep going
after the gorilla's are harvested with a new strain time will tell which one.
Talk soon
Nibameca
Again a week late sorry guys lot's of things going on here
The Royal Gorillas look beautiful and green and little nuggets are starting to grow very nicely
the plant is nice and full very beautiful canape and strong roots
the mites are finally under control in the room where the gorilla's are growing but they keep coming back to haunt us
so we keep an eye on it and keep the problem to a minimum
cheers,
It's Wednesday again time for another update on the Gorilla's
we now put the second week of flowering behind us at the beginning of last week started to add our favorite booster to the mix Atami Bloombastic and boy are we exited about the looks of this beautiful plant
our mites problem keeps coming and going but luckily for us these baby's survived the invasion and are going strong
the buds are developing very nice and the smell is a nice, sweet and strong
it's a strong plant with a nice sturdy stem and the fan leave canopy is having a very happy green color
talk to you next week
Cheers,
Nibameca
another week has passed and i must say that the gorilla's are going really nicely the past week
the temperature outside is killing and the temperatures inside the grow room are a little higher that normal but no problems there for now keeping a close eye on it
the buds are developing perfect good shape and compact with a strong but sweet scent
enjoy the pics
see you next week
Cheers,
Nibameca
another week another update
the temperatures outside are still killer and the temperatures in the grow room are still a little higher then we want but we got it under control for the most part the exhaust fan is going on maximum speed to keep everything at a decent temperature
a few fan leaves are showing a little discoloration but we made a little adjustment in the nutrients and the volume of feeding per 24 hours and we hope they are doing better in a few days
for the most part the plants look great ans the smell is strong but awesome we can't wait for these to be ready for harvest and to try them
see you next week
Cheers,
nibameca
Flowers look nice the hairs are slowly turning brown and some of the trichomes are getting cloudy we start flushing now and i think the next update will be harvest
It gives a really nice high feeling relaxed and happy good for stress and insomnia but also good for creative people and a nice walk around town i highy recommend this one for people whom have trouble falling asleep and for creative artsy people
overall a really nice strain really enjoyed growing and smoking
@NiBaMeCa420, it's going to be a tough one ;) get everything out, clean it a couple of time, get some neem oil or whatever you plant to use and good luck ;)
@NiBaMeCa420, you're welcome! Thanks for replying and thanks @Basje1989 too ;)
No problem, just thought that maybe you used some kind of solution to actually germinate seeds, a lot of people do that as well.
Have a great weekend too ;)
@bobo420, Thanks for following us and commenting on our first growdiary
we're all new to this and finding our way on Grow diary
What basje said is correct the nutrients where indeed added after the seeds sprouted
because we are growing on coco soil
also good luck with your diaries
best wishes and enjoy your weekend
Nibameca
