Defoliated 1st day of 12/12. She fluffed right up. Moved light to 24 inches, with help from new growth, now at 20. Adjusted well from homemade lights, but light is more condensed. She's not surrounded with it, like before. Nutes one day ph'ed water next. Too cold to trust natural dechlorination, no Vita Bath tabs, back to Ozarka, ph'ed.

Missed couple weeks of updating. Apologies. K. Had to move the lady back under my homemade lights. The store bought just kept her trying to bunch up. Needed light through, didn't want to defoliate too much and she resisted opening up. She would actually straighten out the wire reaching for the SB. Sooo, I spread my homemade apart more. I put her back under my direct wire, switchable lights, 5 settings from 2700k-5000k, 6 t8 tubes, 1800 lumens each. Gave her a couple days. She opened right up for me. The SB light high intensity, she was bushy, even after opening up, so at week 3, under homemade, she got some defoliation. Learning more about light. I kept a minimal distance from top, center cola, to reduce it's stretch and allowed the trained limbs to catch up to it. Now @12" from center cola, about 16" from rest of plant and light covers the entire plant. Using 1000w for her babies (clones.) They like it. Using soil. And reading more. Prolly didn't need all the nutes I was giving. Doing well on 1nce weekly fish fertilizer and once weekly Gen Hydro Flora Series mixed for flower. The rest is ph'ed water. Ozarka got expensive. Tried GV spring water. Has near 300 ppm, Ozarka <30. GV pH near and sometimes 10+. Ozarka 8.3 max. GV needs more pH down and it will rise again. I pH let set, then pH again. Pretty sure it's mostly calcium, since it's source is heavy with limestone. Calcium also appears to be a buffer. Ozaka's 8.3 mostly from the calcium, but ph's easily and holds well. Mixing = parts can get a ppm of 160 and pH of 8.7-9. then pH down. Saves a little money and some extra calcium. K done for the week. Bye, y'all.

She needed more light penetration. I didn't want to defoliate. More training. Top half will still pull down. Don't have pic, but have enough wire to string a piano. However. Got results I wanted. Opened her up. I did take a few leaves, but very few. I'll be doing more aggressive defoliation next grow, if I let it get this big. I switch my lights. Used 3000k (4) and 2700k (2), for 3 days. Then 3500k (2), 3000k(2), 2700k(2), 3 days. Now, Happy pic, 5000k (2), 3500k (2), 2700k (2). Only gave nutes 2 days. About a gallon, in two doses each day. Rest ph'ed spring water. Don't really like needing to use Soo much ph down for this spring water, so switching to distilled. Only one day on it and I think she likes it. Got a good misting with 1/4 nutes and some SuperThrive, one day, right after the lst and defole. Good week.

She rebushed, so she got a haircut. Literally hundreds of flowers. Lots of trichomes and pretty orange-yellow pistils. Trichs look milky, but in close-ups I see they are mostly clear. Maybe more air will beef the girl up. I see others have more blowing on their plants. She's 23 weeks now. I didn't plan on her going soon long. But... She gets mostly ph'ed water now. Halved the nutes, 2 days this week. And a couple bottles of Ozarka, straight. She likes her Ozarka. Thx, y'all for the other diaries. Them pics have been revealing alot. Ohh, I stopped using 5000k and only had 3500k and 2700k, 3&3, for about 6 days. Then 2700k, all. Defoliation was at the end of the week.

No photos this week. Only fed Fish Fertilizer once. Rest water. Ozarka straight, no ph'ing. She's been given very few nutes in past 3 weeks, looks and smells good. She's just coming back from defoliation and tops of buds are building. I spray my plants. Just poke a small hole in top of water bottle and squeeze. I slowed that down, way down, during flower. Not any issues except some light burn before. Loaded with trichs, water mostly sheds off. Weight opened her up a bit and she enjoyed it. Keep lots of air flow it's even drying out lower leaves I should have gleaned. Good week. I'm learning more and seeing more of my mistakes. Thx, y'all!

Rough week. Turned Girl and seen damaged leaves from around the back. I'm guessing I let drip pan set too long with yuck in it. Comes from the back near wall and creeping up. Kinda following air flow. Like maybe sour water burnt em. I could be wrong. Used molasses this week, so I imagine sugar may have given a boost to the yuck. Was bubbling in pan, like fermentation. I hope. Ph'ing water, I'm told, helps prevent this also. Otherwise, buds are fattening. I'm near half a year on her. She should be in her last couple weeks. I put light at 11/13. Trichs are milky, just waiting for buds to fatten. I clipped some of the bad limbs. And just dried and tried. Yeah. Stoner. Smells like orange peel.

Turned her around, on leaves at wall, lower, one of first stems. From bottom up. Didn't clean drip pan when should, used molasses, was fermenting. 8/9 weeks in flower. Scoped, the leaves are browning. Nothing on the leaf, like mold. Damage, deficiency or maturity?

My first Solo grow. Helped others do a little, but never done my own. Blueberry was a great choice. Feminized Photo, 2 seeds, both germinated. Other went to friend, I kept the little one. Started outdoors in DIY tent. Went through Summer heat over 100°. Grew great. Grabbed Clones, No Problem. Training was easy, She responded like a CHAMP. Under DIY lights. This week, she/they is/are loving life.

Had to do trade some extra work to get some needed equipment, overcrowding issue. But now my big girl has her own REAL light, 1000w, and more room. Set light at 30 inches, to get her accustomed to it. Let her grow into it. Ran out of Vitabath tabs to dechlorinate, have to wait for it naturally, until I can get more. Cooler weather, hope I'm getting it done. She felt a little dry when I moved her. Time to defoliate. Last week before she goes into 12/12.

@XII_XII_MrGreen, Thx. Out of necessity. Limited space and started outside, 15 weeks, homemade stuff, so had to wait til after equinox to flower.
