When it comes to Autos you have to be very cautious while transplanting.
Autos tend to be very sensitive to transplants, but it can vary from strain to strain really. It won’t kill the plant but could severely stunt it. You may want to transplant her now into her final pot and let her be!
Now if this was a Photo period plant you could wait until you saw roots coming from the bottom of the plant and then transplant to a bigger or your final pot.
I always start my Autos in the same pot I finish in. But if you like starting with a small pot because it is a lot easier to manage than a giant pot with a seedling a good recommendation is these “non woven biodegradable nursery seedling bags” you can buy up to 1000 or the bags for less than $15usd and they are great for autos because you just transplant the bag directly into the soil. The roots can easily travel through the nursery bag into the soil around it!
