It looks to be 200W so should be decent amount. One good tip is to add fan between the lights and canopy to cool it down and this way you can keep the lights closer to buds.
Also that light is not exactly square so if possible you could turn the light 90 degrees every now and then to provide better light spread

I think the seedlings need every bit of leaf they have at this moment to grow bigger.
Plants need the leafs to gain energy and only to be removed when they are in the way or not getting enough light anymore. I would say that leave the training to week 3-4 so they have grown stronger and bigger if something needs to be done.
