This week is just the seeding stage. Two White Widows from ILGM. Planted Oct.16th comment on Oct 19th 2020. So far the two plants are on the same growth pace. I did germ 3 seeds and pick two that were the biggest/closest to growth size in the conditions. The tent is staying at 65~70 RH and the DAY temp is 81-82 (Automatic fan set to 82 Degrees) and 74-75 (""). 18-6hr light schedule at 50% intensity 28~inches from plant. I have two auto humidifiers set 5 degrees off of each other for safety. I also have an Exhale Original Co2 Bag suspended 12'~ above the two plants which raises the ambient ppm by 500. First time using so excited to see the difference. COMMENTS AND QUESTIONS ENCOURAGED!!! I LOVE GROWING/LEARNING MORE The light is a SF-2000 clone from China. (v3.0 I THINK)

This week has been just keeping them happy/learning the needs of the grow room to keep a steady environment. The humidifiers are pushing hard to keep it at 65~70 so im sure once I bump the RH down next week It will be more manageable. I have to fill humidifier #1 once a day but have to keep a eye on #2. It picks up the slack but it runs out every few days. Will start feeding on Monday so the plant can take the days to start rooting in the new pots. If you live in the south Publix reusable bags are .99 and are great 5gl~ fabric pots. Will find bin to put in the bottom of tent to be able to water to run off but I have time for that.

This is the first full week of feeding and boy has it paid off! The girls are growing rapidly. It finally began to cool here so the internal temp is a little cooler by about 1 degree. So the tent is holding well all day. I will be topping them on Monday with the next feeding. I'll include the list of feedings below: General Hydroponics Cal Mag - 2ML per Gal. Micro - 1ML per Gal. Gro - 1ML per Gal. Bloom - .5 ML per Gal.

I topped before I left for an extended period of time (6 Days) with a friend just watering and filling humidifiers up daily. First photo of immediately after topping, compared to the last few in this line up really show how they are taking well to the feedings/growing immensely. Was a little nervous to leave for that long but to see the growth is really something. I have a faint smell already coming from them which gets me very excited. Christina seems to be the weaker of the two plants so Im trying to pace Destini to her. They should bounce back fast from the first real training of her canopy. Im going to veg 1-2 more weeks I think. Don't want to out grow the tent.

How much of the foliage should I be removing to allow for the best results without hurting the growth of the plant? Any comments, suggestions are always appreciated! 😁

Your plants won’t be hurt if you cut the leafs growing inside the pot, they seem very healthy!

Both the girls are filling out nicely. Christina is a little slower to growth than Destini so Im still matching her canopy to the other. I noticed a little light coloration in the tips of some new growth. I think it just needs a little more cal mag but I will ask for the communities thoughts as well! First sign of anything so just be easy to correct. Comments, and thoughts welcome.

I noticed some light de-coloration on the tips of one of the tops. Is it just because its new growth or do I have a deficiency? Thanks for the feed back.

Looks like the start of a cal mag deficiency or a ph problem makes sure those 2 are in line and you should be fine.

Both of the girls canopies are even now which is awesome! I have seemed to have caught the cal mag issue in time and seems to be already going away nicely! New growth is still a little light but the green is getting better. They are really starting to drink up water. Finally started to water with 10-20 percent run off and they seem to be reacting well to it. This will be the last week of veg, I will defoliate before switching to 12/12 next week. Then one last time 2-3 weeks into flower for the final time. Comments, tips and thoughts welcome!

This has been a hectic week but we are making it work. Getting some cupping from the plants. Roommate was helping and the humidifier went nuts so I think it’s just in response to that. The girls are still a little light and have had one with some different coloration but I’m going to continue to increase the cal mag. Hopefully the new ph tester will get this issue under control/fixed soon. I’m going to trim, instal the second srogg and switch to flower monday! So excited.

What is the best steps of action to react to a deficiency in the plant? Flush and add needed nutes? My ph tester was off so I think my ph is a little messed up which might explain the deficiency in cal/mag (? Any other thoughts welcome?)

It looks like you are growing in a soiless medium. If that is the case, give her plain water ph'd to 5.9 until your runoff ph matches that number, should only take 2 or 3 gallons. Then let her dry out until that pot is nice and light, after that water her with a normal feed and calmag dose with your ph between 5.7-6.1. That should fix you right up. Happy growing.

Was a good productive week. I did give them a 30hr dark period before switching to 12/12 to really try to take advantage of the red spectrum on my light. (I read this somewhere so giving it a shot!) Also waiting to install second scrog, waiting for them to fill out a little more to help me guide the canopy as even as possible. The insides of both plants have new tops to fill in the gaps. The defoliation last week was the right move. The slower of the two up to this point is the front runner now so let's see how they continue to fill out. Temp finally dipped here so able to keep a more regulated temp. The 77-79 range seems to be what the girls are liking the most so I added a second fan to try and keep the night time humidity lower as well. Any comments or tips are much appreciated! Really enjoying learning all the steps/processes along the way so far! Cheers!

Looking forward to the last stretch of the pre flower. Im going to add the last scrog in the next day or two. After the week of recovery Ill have a good idea on what Im keeping for the canopy. Will lollipop next Monday~ Ph 6.2 - 6.5 this week. Cut out everything but Micro and Bloom. Will feed this week and next for sure. Will continue feeding/flush depending on progress of trichomes.

Took as much of the lower growth of the two plants that I can reach. I think I did a pretty good job for my first time. Cant wait to see how she focuses the energy on the canopy. The canopy itself is within 3-4 inches of each top with each getting a lot of light. I think the last of the pre flower stretch is over but if it isnt im still good with the second scrog. Pulled the two humidifiers and added a small humidifier as well as a 350 sq ft DeHum. Hoping to really keep the humidity low for her to get really frosty. Thanks for checking out the grow! Any comments, or advice is always welcome! 😁

Phew, Holidays again were crazy but we made it through. Late update this week but Week 12 will be updated Monday! Really starting to show those white widow features with some crystal tops (See Above!) already starting to come in. The two dehumidifiers have upped the temp in the tent so keeping it right below 82 so far but its about to get cold again so this is only temporary. They are keeping the humidity low around 45-50 RH. Still feeding this week and next for sure. Will be monitoring growth to determine feed schedule week to week after 12. Comments, Concerns and Advice always welcome! Thanks for your time.

Start of week 12! Christina is maturing a little faster than Destini but Destini has some big buds and just seem to be getting bigger. The cool nights have helped keep the temps in the high 70s so the plants should be packing of some sticky terps. Watering every other day and Ill keep feeding her this week but once Destini shows signs of maturity I will be only phed balanced water till harvest. Its just time now! But cant wait to see the final yields. Comments, Suggestions, and Questions are always welcome! Cheers

I have add cal mag to the feed schedule last week and will continue to. The leaves are really starting to get that dark green again. The sugar leaves underneath are already damn near perfect so thanks for the suggestions in the questions/comments areas! Much appreciated!

Hectic week. Had some plumbing issues in the house so sorry for late update but the cal mag seems to be working. Last week I add any Nutes. It will be just flushing for the next two weeks. Left plant is maturing at a faster rate but nothing we cant handle! Really looking forward to Harvest time!
