I guess I didn’t take pics for a full month! These pics were taken July 28th, 4 weeks after the last photos. Fed rainwater once every other day and used 1 tsp/gal recharge once a week with a small amount of liquid seaweed.
At this point in 2019 I went for the lollipop method like you would with an indoor grow, but it severely diminished my yields. This year I left every branch on but did a heavy defoliation first week of flower instead. Still only watering 1 GAL rainwater per plant every other day. As long as the soil stays moist and the bacteria and microbes in the soil are alive and well then you’re set for success
Stripped the plants and let the ladies breathe... I honestly should’ve defoliated once before this because they bounced back with VIGOROUS growth! Still no nutes!
It’s the first week of flower for most of the ladies. Blue Widow Mango was the last to show pistils, and Dosidos is already two weeks ahead of everyone else!
Started feeding compost teas once a week, occasionally adding fish emulsion to the tea to feed the microbes in the living soil. Only using rainwater otherwise
This week I started using Power Si Bloom because I had it for my indoor garden so why not... nothing new here but I did start feeding 2 gal water per plant every other day. Still using recharge and kelp
Since Dosidos flowered two weeks before all of my other outdoor, it was lacking in size from the veg cycle. Next year I could offset this by having a few more plants or veg inside for a month or two before bringing them out. Other than that this strain had the most resin production compared to everything else! The dried nug looks comparable to quality indoor.
