sativa_thc This week has gone even better, even with some grasshoppers around that had appeared and aphids that I easily solved with bag x5 and bang x3 from Cannaboom. The temperature is still warm and the cold hasn't arrived yet.

sativa_thc Today I watered with tea two liters directly to the soil, without any fertilizer. Today it's raining, and I won't water again until next week so the tea can do its thing. I'm keeping a close eye on it since these days are going to be rainy, and the cold is coming, plus I have weeks ahead. The buds don't have much resin, and their smell is like incense with a mango flavor. I'll update more often.

sativa_thc Today, Monday, I’m updating. I only watered yesterday with Atami bloom. I’m going to be watering only with water for a few days until I update again. As we can see, it’s already starting to produce resin little by little, and that fattening is already yielding results.

sativa_thc I couldn't update last week, I've done a lot of things but I'm back now. Starting the week, I was just watering, nothing else, since I was planning to harvest half of the plant on Friday/Saturday because it was getting really humid due to the cold and botrytis and mold were appearing on some buds.

sativa_thc This week I cut off half of the plant, and it would look like this with only the buds sitting on the mesh. After cutting 70% of the plant, there is a clear recovery of energy and power that the remaining buds have received. I don't know if I should add any fattening fertilizer.

sativa_thc As I said before, I'm going to upload everything I have since then, I only watered with water, nothing else. The rest is up to the plant itself, it was all crazy, the humidity was way too high, the rains and the winter that was already upon us complicated things. But in the end, everything turned out with the expected results.

sativa_thc It was an experience that I knew was going to be very long since it was a 100% sativa. I already knew what was coming, so I started applying LST in the first months and then cropping to control its height in mid-July when it grows the most. I put it in the mother soil where I decided to do a SCROG of 1mx1m. From there, I started with the net and applied cropping on some branches. I was always measuring the parameters of EC and pH, and it never went below 6, reaching up to 7.2 during flowering. As for TDS, it went from 350 to 650 ppm. At this point, I didn't understand TDS very well since it was my first time using it. I noticed that I had some deficiencies at times, but I quickly solved it with worm humus and raised the EC since sometimes I was falling short because I didn't want to over-fertilize. Once in flowering, I was even more surprised since I raised the pH from 6.8 to 7.2, and then I had a month of root washing with water at 7 until the cut. It was crazy, but it came through, and it was a successful harvest. Good smokes, growers!
