It's hard to tell just by photographs without knowing all factors. The soil is likely bit too hot for your baby. Idk the n-p-k, but I do see you're feeding nutes already. If your medium is not inert (no fertilizer constituents) then the nutes plus what's in the soil is probably causing issues. I wonder what the EC and pH of the feed solution are... those are definitely factors to take into consideration as well. Over-watering can look like this too. Until here roots start filling the lot, just water near the base of the stem. She won't need much at first and if you pay attention, she will tell you when she wants some water. Hi! My experience on autos showed that topping early can delay the start of flowering so you'll get bigger plants. My suggestion is to top it now and tie it down (lst) when shes grown a bit bigger
