SCRoG vs SoG - Clone Wars

El_Andy Hello and welcome to the ThunderDome. On this war of clones we have my African Orange #7 pheno up against herself in an epic battle royal. On one side, a well established mother who has been bonzai’d and vegged out in a 5 gallon bag for a few months. In the opposing side we have her elite clones. So the same genetics up against themselves. One pheno, two techniques...two winners? I am running 24 cuts and their mother into flower in about a week. Just up-potted from 4’’ rounds to these 3/4 gallon containers. I try to cycle moms a few times a year and it’s her turn - I’ve taken over 100 healthy cuts off her and have several other moms of the same pheno. The cuts Joining her range from 4-6 weeks in age and are well established and rooted out. They will stretch about 2-2.5x thru week 4 of flower. Only organic inputs/ beneficials & IPM / no spraying / minimal feeding = what works well for me. SoG stylee...In a 2x4 tent with 320 watts of quantum boards I usually pull around 1 Lb with this pheno. 11/13 photo period thru flower which allows for harvest +/- 62 days. El_Andy TWO 2x2 sections of a 2x4 tent divided by a single SCROG mother plant and 22 of her babies on the other side. So the exact same pheno being run side by side under two identical QBs. Progress this week: -Built SCROG net for the mom (attached to 5 gal, not the tent) -Defol and node strip on clones -Applied DE to leaves of mom and clones -Applied DE top dress soil -Brewed and fed a pre-flower tea with some freshly harvested trichoderma, compost extract, epsom salt, molasses, and agmino 14-0-0 -Will flip to 11/13 this week
