My first ever grow, still waiting for pH and EC measures to arrive in the post.
No tent yet.
Germination was as expected.
Just transplanted sprout from small container to 19 liter smart pot with coco coir perlite mix, about 70/30.
LED light on 60 %.
Any guidance will be appreciated from experienced growers.
Plant 1 in soil developed some rusty spots on both fan leaves, either over watering or MagCal deficiency (or both). Plant in Coco/Perlite needed to be buffered to correct pH and EC. Easy with Bluelab pH and EC pens. Runoff seems within levels.
Thursday should be better with CalMag and Cannazym arriving.
Another Attis 200 LED light and Secret Jardine tent arriving next week.
Humidity at 50-55,much better after some DIY solutions. Tin foil on cardboard, wood log is for bringing up Humidity and it works. Soak it when lights are off, then leave it next to pots during daylight hours.
Today was first time LST, seems to be OK. Time will show.
Great learning curve, thankfully Autoflowering plants are forgiving when making mistakes.
Learning less is better.
Miss reading about other people's mistakes, thats how new growers learn. Still it's fun to see how green fingered people are.

Steady she grows, hoping my grow tent turns up this week. Faint smell coming from soil plant but the one in coco is not.
Germinated an AK47 and OG Kush from High Supplies. Both just peaked through the grow medium. Looking good.
Going into week 5, looking for signs she is ready to flower, will go over to 12-12 lighting in a few days.
My little AK and OG Kush seem to be doing ok. Runoff is looking good in amount and EC.
So here she goes, my little Princess is ready for the chop. Started flushing today with Cannaflush. Do that for 3 days and I will cut the last of the branches.
Have at an earlier stage cut off buds to dry and cure to get an impression of taste. Very nice, considering short curing time. Still it gives me a taste of what is to come. Will have to come back and fill in the data and evaluation. For a first time grow I am happy, in total I am looking at close to 100 grams of dry bud. The actual THC level is something to come back to and discuss. Don't think I made to many blunders, hard to over water Coco. Canna nutrients seems to do the trick. Will be looking to improve run off and watering of plants. A more automated watering system with run off collection. Maybe an automated feed as well.
Seeds, Northern Lights from High Supplies had a high convertion rate, nearly all seeds germinated. Delivery time was good and customer service helpful.
Quality of seed seems to be very good but don't forget this comes from someone with limited experience. Not so many problems with insect's, very cold in Scandinavia during winter. Good hygiene and heated flooring helps root life. My OG Kush and AK-47 from High Supplies also seem to be doing very well. Diary number 2. All in all the learning curve has been fun, good help her if stuck with a problem. LST is very important for bigger yields and plant growth. Will try and better this with pruning and trimming. This said I understand that can be tricky considering Autoflowers short life span. CO2 is something I need to learn about.

Very new to all this, as I am confined to spend long periods of time at home this is the perfect hobby for a hobby smoker with CBD needs. Great place to get information and help with issues.
Most things seem to be going as wanted. Tent is ready to be used. Intake and extraction fans arrive tomorrow. Then the plant will have perfect grow condition whilst flowering. Will change over to 12-12 light cycle. As always, happy growing folks. Stay positive and spread some love during this festive season.
My Secret Jardin tent should be up tomorrow, with two ATTIS LED lights running. Started feeding once in the morning and again 8 hours later. Amount of nutrients can be split in 2, one halv for each feeding.
Seems to work better when looking at EC levels. Just over 40 days since planting, introduced low level of PK 13-14 nutrients every second day. See if my timing is good, might be a bit early using PK nutes.
My Og Kush and AK47 (2-3 week old) plants are looking good pluss 2 seedlings of same name look good after 3 days, own journal.

Had to trim some leaves mid section on plant to increase air circulation. Feed her in the morning with about .0.6 l and again 8 hours later.
Found some nasty looking leaves around top/ main cola. They look rusty and a faint yellow yellow colour. Could be a Phosphorus deficiency, or the stress of spending it's first day in grow tent.
It's only on 2 leaves supporting main cola. Look at picture.
If anyone can help with this problem I would really appreciate it. Think I missed last weeks journal, so this would most likely be week 9.
Planted another AK-47 and OG Kush yesterday. Different diary.
Second younger Northern lights looks healthy.
Think buds could be doing better as time is closing, maybe 2-3 weeks before flushing.
Grow tent makes life easier, took some time to fine tune it. Need to consider a better watering system, a better way to collect runoff.
No good moving 7 heavy plants around 3 times a day. Switched to 3 feeds a day, considering Coco is hard to over water. The girls love their new environment.
Especially noticeable with seedlings. I have 7 plants in a 4 by 4 tent, think that is enough for somebody with my notice skills.

This being week elleven I was hoping for larger and more development on buds. Trichomes seem to be appearing more visible for the naked eye. Removed plant from grow room as I suspect moisture problem. There being to damp conditions at the beginning of using grow tent. Humidity was to high. Thought best to remove from tent. Can't really get a proper look at the trichomes as the camera on mobile phone is not up for the task. Ordered a magnifying glass to solve issues.
So this is the end of week 12, bought a magnifying glass to check trichomes. They are mostly clear. So another week of feed before a week of flushing. Understand flushing in Coco goes quicker than soil medium. All in all it has been a fun learning curve. I hope each harvest will bring better yields. Sampled my Northern lights plant that was originally in soil but using bad potting soil turned the plants life stressed. Still it had a nice taste and after drying and curing the end result was good considering grow factors. I lay on the sofa for a day enjoying the fruits.

Once a week I spray Canna cure on leaves and one day a week spray with Sensi CalMag Xtra.
4 drops of Canna pH Pro 17% Down for correct pH.
EC is mostly within levels.
Humidity can vary a bit much.
Temperature is stable.
