Germinating 10 more seeds, 4 of which are double Grape from Mephisto Genetics. Root Riot Cubes with Root It are being used. DG # 1 Germinated and popped in 55 hours. 2 others have cracked and and one has yet to crack. Transplanted #1 into its final pot and watered her in with 100ml of water mixed with the greens. I’ve now got 4 with hopefully a 5th about to sprout.

#1 may have gotten too much wind initially, but it’ll only make her stronger. She's showing signs of windburned leaves. Of all the problems one could have this is by far the best. Only effects the effected leaves and recovers within hours once recognised and corrected. #1 recovered from her wind burn overnight and now doesn't give two shits. She's off and running. All is well with the others except # 3 who has some runty tendencies. She may have felt she had too much water in the early first week as her first leaves curled down hard. She is wrong, and she is just a finicky little bitch who needs to get her act together. I will let her live as I think she is coming along and looks to be recovering to a normal state of growth. Glad I have 3 others as I have no tolerance for runts in my tent. Cull the weak if they can't get their shit together by day 14. Those are Dank Tent Rules to live by.

I'm liking this plant so far. LST has begun an day 16 with 4 nodes established. I read somewhere that Double Grape didn't like LST, but this is worth exploring for myself as maybe I'm a bit more gentle with them. We'll see. Well I think I've got shit news. It's day 20 and DG #1 has started to flower. I can't help but wonder if I did this with the LST. Day 20 is early and she has barely developed bud sites and cola's. #3 is showing potassium, calcium, or magnesium deficiency. Don't know why as my notes are perfectly PH'd and I even use calmag.

It's Day 20 and Double Grape #1 has begun to flower. Could this be a stress reaction from LST? And does this mean she is doomed to be a low yielder as she hasn't developed cola's or bud sites? Is she now limited in potential?

Hi! Autoflowers tend to show their sex at week 3-4 (White pistils) and from there they will start to flower but it can take another week or so before the actual preflowers start to develop. She is little bit small in size BUT the first few weeks of flowering is the stretching phase where the plant doubles in size and starts to develop bud sites. So you are not doomed at all but won't get a monster sized bush tho.

Not sure why but she is showing either magnesium, calcium, or potassium deficiency. Do you agree? My PH is 6.3 this water, and was 6 the last sprinkle I gave her.

I would say you may be feeding her to early, soil has enough nutes for their youg life. I wouldnt feed to heavy, with all the nutes I see your providing your girls, they can go downhill very fast. 1/4 nutes to start if your feeding by the label, half what they recommend for full veg. I recommend a good ph and ec reader if you dont have one and when they actually need food, feed them by proper ec levels. Cheers

End of week 4 for #1 and she is a strong and vital plant. She doesn't ask for much water. I gave her 800ml last feed and that was 5 days ago. She pray's for light when she is awake and stays a lush green, so no sign of light stress. She sleeps right before lights out through her 4 hours dark period. Then takes a few hours to wake up before she starts praying again. I like this strain allot and I'm having fun feeling her out. #2 is just as strong, loving the light, and taking all that I throw at her. Day 28 for #3 and she is nothing like her other 3 sisters. This one has grown so slow and is still in pre-flower and is behind all 3 of her sisters. She has required no LST and instead I've defoliated maybe 6 leaves. She is now starting to go. #4 is fast like 2 of her sisters. I'm thinking I've mixed #3 up with maybe a Chocolate Mint OG from Humboldt. We'll see

Rolling on to week 6 for DG #1, 2, 3, and 4. This strain is beyond easy to grow. 3 litres a week now; two waters of 1.5 each. If this strain comes out again I'm buying. DG#1 is putting on stupid amounts of frost already. DG#2 has strange sleep patterns is is not as quick to flower as her sisters are. She does look like #1 and 4, however. DG#3 looks nothing like her other 3 sisters and all she has required is defoliation. She was very slow to get going. DG#4 is the fastest to flower, looks like 1 and 2, but isn't frosting up like #1 yet.

End of week 6 and all seems well. #1 is short and frosty. #2 is super quick to flower, but not so frosty yet. #3 is different than all the rest and is now the tallest after growing so slow like a runt. #4 is slow to flower but looks like it'll have allot of bud sites.
