This week I tried to get rid of some gnats by buying and adding nematodes to the feeding-water. Still struggling with some rusty mottling: So I read that there is no harm in some extra calcium, so I put in a little bit of Calcium Kick (natural calcium in powdery form). This powder doesn't dissolve very well in water, but that wouldn't hurt I think. In that way the chance of overdosing is little. Ph: In = 6.6 - out = 7.2... Still too high on the runoff. Since before I was adding extra calcium. So I am out of clues............. maybe it's just my sink which catches the runoff or whatever... Previous grow I had the same problem yet the plants turned out fine. I hope it will be the same result this grow. Anyway: the 2 little plants "sideplants" were blooming earlier, maybe because they are in smaller pots, so I believe they are ahead about 1 week now.... Hoping for them to bloom off end of januari. And the "mainplant" around beginning of februari. Cheers!

I started with lamp on 80cm, on day 3-4-5, so the stems were growing very tall. I decided to rapidly hang the lamp much closer (40cm on day 6-7). They start "buffing up" now, but 2 of 3 really fell down so i had to start supporting them. Hopefully I made the right choice?

Nice job, they will be fine. If you are concerned, you could always top your pots up with more soil so that it buries a portion of the stems, thus providing a bit more support. Over time your plant will send out roots from the buried portion of stem. Try not to have your fan blowing directly on your seedlings at this age/size, far better to have the fan blowing against a wall at 45-60 upward degree angle, so that the air goes around in a circle - off one wall, off the roof, off the opposite wall then back down to your babies. This will create good air CIRCulation without buffeting your fragile seedlings. You could just leave them too, either way they will grow normally. Hope this helps.... Organoman.

Any experience with autoflower and lollipopping? What to do? They are just a few days into flowering/preflower. Can I just cut most of the sidebranches?

Don’t just cut leaves for the sake of it. You should only be cutting a leave for a reason. Every leave brings energy to the plant and if you’re going to just cut leaves for no reason you’re gonna damage your plant, research it first properly

So, I have 3 plants: - 1 centerplant that gets most of the light & 2 sideplants (left and right) who also catch a lot of the light, but not as much as the centerplant: the sides arent getting direct light, more reflective light. ?? The left plant is showing a few defects. Anyone?

Seems like a light Potassium (K) and Phosphorous (P) deficiencies - yellowing from bottom to the top, chlorosis, and blotching on a flowering plant. Try increasing your "TerraBloom" to about 3.5-4.5ml/l (start with 3.5 and slowly increase to 4.5 if gets better). The PK consumption of the plant increases immensely during flowering!! Hope this helps! Good luck and happy growing :)

At first just one plant showed some deficit-symptoms (mottling/brown spots), but now all three are really getting worse! Ph of feeding is always okay (6.3-6.7) , yet the runoff shows 7.0-7.1. Ec in is always around 1.3. Runoff shows 1.5.... Today I added a little bit of cal/mg...

You want the Runoff pH to be as close as possible to the feed pH but it is normal to expect a small rise due to buildup in between feeds. Just like with EC. Your runoff pH is a bit high so go with lower pH in your feed solution for the next few feeds and if you are really worried you can lower the nutrient dosages but try not to decrease feed solution EC too much in one day. A good general rule of thumb is to not exceed a change of +/- 0.2-0.3 EC from feed to feed.

id just recommended getting another light for when they hit flowering, vary the ph from 6.2 - 6.5 each feed dont always feed the same ph, get a fan over them too best to get a oscillating fan
