Planted seed 11/10, broke the soil 11/13. Soil is FFOF amended with 30% pumice and 1 cup/cubic ft of dolomite lime. Excited to add another Grower’s Choice strain to my collection, nothing but good results so far! BK foliar spray every 3 days. Water pH 6.3, EC 0.1.
Still growing quite slowly, but every foliar feed and watering seem to boost her speed by a little each time. Started bending her over and defoliating some of the lower nodes. Feed pH 6.2, EC 0.53. Microbe pH 6.4, EC 0.4.
Still growing relatively slowly, but since training the side branches have gained a significant amount of length. Still no preflower pistils or stretching yet. Decided to train down the side branches, remove larf sites, and defoliate. Gonna give her a week or two of rest now. Feed pH 6.4, EC 0.69.
Recovered from LST and defoliation very well. Started foliar spraying daily and side branches have grown significantly. Very nice even canopy. Preflower pistils started poking out day 31. Feed pH 6.4, EC 0.51. Flush pH 6.2, EC 0.34.
Started foliar spraying daily, and this thing has blown up! Lateral branching increased a lot, and she’s just now going into preflower all trained out perfectly. She’s pretty wide and bushy, nearly 16” across. Expecting her to have a decent vertical stretch and yield pretty heavy! Feed pH 6.2, EC 0.89. Microbial pH 6.5, EC 0.6.
Training was hugely successful, and all colas are spaced nicely and pointing at the sky. Starting her out on early flower nutes this week. Feed pH 6.3, EC 1.4.
Seems like she’s finally finishing her stretch, and she’ll be flowering heavily soon! A little droopy between waterings, but she perks right up regularly! Flush pH 6.4, EC 0.35.
After battling calcium deficiencies last week, she’s been extremely happy this week after increasing her feed strength and better controlling Rh. She’s just now starting to thicken up so I’ve been going in with the pruning shears almost every other day to clear up some airspace in the middle of the plant. Considering going through and doing some very minor light training to add some space between bud sites, this thing is gonna be like a forest in full flower! Feed pH 6.4, EC 1.7. Microbial pH 6.5, EC 0.65.
She’s been battling some strange P and Cal deficiencies for the last few days while thickening up, planning on taking a soil sample and flushing. Otherwise, she has been happy and healthy. Not really seeing a significant stress response from her. Feed pH 6.3, EC 1.9.
Leaves have been consistently praying, and she’s been consistently thickening up. However, she’s still battling some calcium and phosphorous deficiencies, so I decided to topdress her with 2tbsp/gal of dolomite lime and watered it in with extra Herc. Hopefully within the next couple weeks it should take effect and she’ll speed up! Microbial pH 6.7, EC 0.75.
She’s finally finished battling some phosphorous and calcium deficiencies, and she’s starting to get thicker. I’ve had to cut away a lot of larfy undergrowth and leaves, and I think she’s set all the way to finish now. Hopefully less than a month left, but based on the pistils it may take longer. Some autoflower 😂
She’s still going! She’s getting quite chunky and smelling pretty good. Soon her pistils will begin to mature and I’ll start checking trichomes! It’s been a long haul. Might take longer than the tangerine Dream in the end.
Got her first flush of a couple foreseeable flushes. Took a test bud off the bottom of the plant and was pleasantly surprised to find it fragrant with scents of sweet berries, skunk, and earth. Going to harvest very soon!
She started out rather slowly, and waited pretty long to get into preflower. After some patience feeding and doing foliars, she turned into a behemoth! I can’t even count the number of times I had to defol or the amount of larf I had to remove. She produced a massive amount of semi-dense, fragrant, and frosty buds. Not the craziest I’ve ever seen, but very nice for lower THC genetics. Smells of strong earth with undertones of sweet berries and skunk.
