Day 1 - Let's start !! So this time I'm growing some sweet seeds Sweet Skunk Auto. It's an Indica dominant strain and she will be ready in about 8 weeks but I'll give her 10 because my flowering stage will be a 12/12 light schedule, and 18/6 during veg (3 weeks or so)
I'll try to add less nuts as possible , except for some nuts "shots" with Bat guano and my 6-20-31 NPK flowering powder named Hortal.
One plant , one love.
Day 3 - 5ml of Canna rhizo was mix in 1L of rain water. Just gave her "a bit" like 50cl
Day 16 - She's starting to grow faster , I think that she likes her new pot so I gave her some Rhizo (but not the canna one)to help the roots and some very old GHE FloraNova Grow. My Ec is a 1.38 , maybe to much for that stage but I really want to get her as big as possible before the pre flowering stage.
Day 23 - one more feeding , gave her the same amount as last week.
She start to grow faster so I guess that the fist pistils will apear next week.
I already started to LST , bending every stems every days.
Day 23 - She's stretching like a monster.
Day 28 - End of the 5th week , she got a new 18.5L pot until day 25 thanks to Jay from Sweet Seeds and his advice, so I also gave her 10l of rain water mix with 12ml of canna rhyzo to help her roots system to recover from her pot switch
About the stretch : she get bigger every days
About flowering : first pistils are here , hope she'll get more bushy before full flowering.
About stealth growing : not anymore thanks to the Sweet Skunk Genetic
Day 31 - My stealth grow is clearly off, she'is now 100 cm tall and I don't think she's gonna stop now so I guess she will ending at 120 cm tall at least
She's doing well in her new pot , no sign of stress or thinf like that.
I will start the bloom nuts today
Day 44 - 118 cm tall . I followed a friend advice yesturday and decided to take 2 cuts/clones just to see if I got a kind of Super Auto pheno (I would like to) or just a photo sensible "auto"
Day 45 / Day 38 - Introducing my 2 others ,38 days old sweet skunk auto. Same nuts amout than the first one, pretty tall but one is an hermie , I can see a lot of "bananas" but I don't want to lose it so I will monitor her everydays to remove every bananas and maybe polinate an other plant even if I know that those seeds will provide a lot of hermies.
Day 56 - So far so well. The oldest one smell really good , like a flower. I must confesse that when I first chose Sweet skunk auto it was for 2 main reasons :
1st - The word "skunk" in the name : recall me my first smoke.
2nd- The price : Really cheap for an auto strain ( and I use a coupon)
It really worth the price. Growing big (hope for a bigger yield than my 1st grow) and with low nuts amount.
Day 49 - The 2 youngest are now 86 and 87 cm tall , they are flowering well.
Day 62 -Bigest one- It's flowering slowly but not that much. The stetch were longer but she's got a lot of secondary nugs. The smell is like Skunk/Flower/Spicy
Day 55 - The stretch is now fully done. They smell like Flower/Incent/Skunk
BIG MISTAKE ON MY WEEKS CONTING !!! I'TS ACTUALY WEEK 9 AND DAY 65 FOR THE BIGGER ONE AND DAY 58 FOR THE 2 OTHERS.
Day 60 - She putting out weight , the buds are really dense , full of trichomes so she's shinning under the sunlight. The smell is stronger but the same , almost like flowers but with skunky undertones and something spicy/incent.
I changed her nuts , she ad about 2 grams of hortal ( 6-20-31 ) straight into the soil.
Day 53 - Smaller than tje 1st, they remain strong. Good nugs producrion, trichomes are there and it's smelling good. But they looks skinny in front of their sister.
Day 73 - At that point I made some lil mistakes due to my bad days counting. She has a lil nuts excess + low ph (5.8 correct to 6.3 for now) so I'm flushing her right now and won't nuts her anymore.
The smell is really "tricky" as it smell flower and skunk after watering but diesel when the soil is dry.
Day 75 - Big one - Bad news ( for me) , I had to cut the main stem du to a fungi , She grew up next to a sick eggplant three ( I'll cut it ). By the way the "diesiel" smell was due to tje fungie as only some main stem buds have that smell, the rest smell like flower skunk and incent/citrus
Day 77 - Defoliation today , trichomes 90%cloudy 10%brown. I don't want more than 30%brown trichomes so I will chopp her soon
Day 70 - The 2 youngers are really healthy and seems productive too. Smelling really good and seems to be already done after trichomes check.
As you can see my plant gets attacks by red spiders .... but I didn't riposte
Day 80 and 73 - Defoliation has been done on every plants beceause of a red spider attack. Everybody's smelling damn good , trichomes aren't good yet , after a double check it's seems that the ratio is : 90% cloudy , 5%amber , 5%clear.
This strain has been really easy to grow. The plants grew tall , taller than what I would expect from an auto , it wasn't really stealth but fine for me. My sweet skunks autos didn't request a lot of nutrients during they lifetime and it was a pleasure to watch them change everydays. It is a good smelling strain but not agressive so you don't really smell anything until you close to it , but at the proper distance it's smell like citrus / fruits / tropical / incent and skunk !!! Hard to choose 3 of thats smells as my 3 phenotype has 3 differents tons of the same aroma/smell.

* The main bud were cut about 10 days before final cut.

SMOKE TESTS:
-Ssk#1 : The most potent & tasty. It taste like pineaple & citrus with a little incent tons when you exhale , really pleasant to smoke. And the effects a quite similar to some photoperiodic I've smoked, it's start with a good motivating and funny high and after maybe 30 min you switch to a loud stone but not too narcotic. Clearly to smoke at night for me.
-Ssk#2 : Not the better , the effect is more like a light stone wich is not bad for a day smoke but rhe taste is not so goog , the plant loose her good smell and now taste more like wood and toasted almond with a bit of herbal taste. Not what I like to smoke but once again not so bad as I feel the taste less agressive than the fruity one.
-Ssk#3 : The smell is more like tropical and pugnant , really good. The smoke is smooth , , the taste is sweet and sour , difficult to describe but damn good and the effect is quite the same as the Ssk#1 but a bit less long lasting. For nightime
In that run I was able to make my own seeds with a sex reversed female polene.
It was really difficult to deal with fungies , I'll search for how to prevent it. Somes minor mold on some major buds.
2 plant were almost the same , the 3rd one has differents shape and aroma.
Thanks tommy ! The aromas are sweet but I only smokes a couple of not dry yet nugs and it has aroma wich was good fruity and citrus but I'll wait to talk about it ! The effect is strong , a mix between stone and motivation !!?!!
@Maria,Hi , yes it's a very tall one , I got 2 others Sweet skunk auto (7 days younger) , they are not sot tall but already taller than my white yoda auto at the same stage . I'll put photos and info about them during the week , stay tuned
I have 4 seeds of Sweet Skunk Auto...it will be my next grow but indoor
Do you have any tip about the soil?? Does she like fertilised soil or less fertilised?

@OutForReal, thanks a lot for your answer!! It'll be a big help for sure...I think I'll use some promix mixed with BatMix and perlite, so it should be enough till flowering.

So my sweet skunk didn't require much nutrients , the soil was a kind of light mix with enough nutrients for the first two weeks & a couple of Bat guano add in early veg then switch to GHE nuts for the bloom. My EC never get up to 1.5 / 1.6 but I think that you can push to higher levels.
I'm running another diary with a Sweet skunk auto cros with cheese , you can take a look at it to compare , it should be close from the original
@dailygrower,Thank you bro , glad you like it. In fact I didn't gave here grow nuts in first 2 weeks of full flowering but my soil were improve with some Bat guano (13% nitrogene). And to tell you the truth , the stetch were really amazing and didn't need more nitrogen according to me but maybe I'm wrong. See u soon bro
@Sweet_Seeds, and I don't really take care of her so imagine if I did so !! Stong genetic , it don't really need a human beeing to grow lol. But seriously I think it's a good choice for full organics growers (what I'm not yet)
@bobo420, Thanks , she's doing her thing , don't really need me except for some food. Two days ago she was under an heavy rain and today under a hard sun (29°C) so I can tell that she's pretty resistant
