I have two sets of photos this week. One from midway through the week and one from the end of the 4th week. I see flowering/preflowering starting I think. These are autoflower plants, so this is the last official week of veg. I did some aggressive trimming not realizing the flowering started. I didn't recognize it, but the midway through the week might have shown some symptoms. Hopefully I wasn't too aggressive in my trimming. I was hoping for more growth first, but they do not grow endlessly. In the end I hope they end up being logical and pretty bonsai. I kind of was winging it with the design for my first attempt.
halfway through the week- I did some more trimming of the big leaves, especially in the to plant pot since the leaves were starting to run into each other and get in the way. I want to encourage the small new growth to take over strong. The single plant (mysterious seed from mephisto variety pack) has been looking droopy sometimes. I do not know if it is underwater or overwater. The plants get dried out quickly with the humidity so low and the plants pot being so small. It seems to come and go and it otherwise doing fine.
end of week- for sure the preflower stage has been hit. I took some closeups of the signs that vegetation is at an end. These are autoflower and happen no matter what the lighting conditions. I almost thought about topping the plant, but decided not to because I thought there was a lot of new growth and I would just wait a few days to top, but now I see that is preflower bundle, so glad I didn't cut it off! The sour stompers look like they are also about to go into the flowering stage, but it is hard to tell if it is, or not. I will update next week and we will know for sure!
