Out of the cloner, and into the baskets. Theyre about a week in. Going to add some great white, and roots excelurator now that the roots are starting to pop out of the baskets and dipping their feet in the water. They'll get about 5 more weeks of veg, then get moved to the flower area. This is the second run on this strain, and I've been eager to get a same strain run going across the board in the flower room. Its not a big yeilder, but its my new favorite indica.... for now.
On auto pilot. Bent some branches last night to start getting a spread and multiple branches. Water level, nutes, and ph have stayed pretty well where I left it which is good. I've been a bit slack on the last few grows that turned out a sloppy mess with different strains, height, and feeding requirements. This one is going to turn out nice. Im anticipating these to sit in here another few weeks, at which point they'll be out of room, then I'll move them into the big room. This pheno only needs to vedge 5, 6 weeks tops to fill my 5x9 canopy. Not a big bud on them, but they bush! And its good bud.
Onto week 3, came in to see a slight yellowing. Haven't been in since last Wednesday. The ph was holding very stable for a while, but it actually dropped down to 5.7, so I threw in some hydrogaurd and ph up and brought it back up to 6.2 for now. Should start taking in the mag now. I topped them again as well to further the branching which prob could have been a few days ago as well. I have a handful of other plants in the last pic sharing the light that are going to need relocating for a couple weeks while these guys fill the area. They are just beginning to touch, and when I bent them down, there won't be room for the guest anymore. Once I can't really see the buckets anymore, they'll will be relocated to the flowering room to train a little bit more, then flipped.
Doin well. Starting to green back up after the corrections. Got a little runt in the back left corner, going to relocate that one directly under the light till they get moved into the flower room, and feed it some roots excellurator to see if that will give it a boost. Theyll all be in the big room by next post, still on veg lights and feed for another week or 2. Just need this space now.
Comming along nicely. Training well. I think one more week of vedge if even that, and these ladies will be ready to flip. The canopy isn't near full yet, but I've run this one before, and it really bushes out. I have some other plants in the next room ready to flip in there with them. It's low yielding strain, however very good, colorful, and dense. Should still get a good amount out of them. They may look a little light in color, but its just the 3k light theyre already under.
Did a water change-out today, and will be going to 12-12 today. I stat these as one week done, so I know how many weeks are complete. Next week will be one week of flower. Going to up the co2 up to 700, and turn the lights up 1/3 power from lowest this week. There was a little red in the stems, so I made sure to throw an extra shot of mag in there. Got the canopy in control and pretty level. Every hole in the trellis should be filled by first flower.
Comming along well. The canopy is nearly full, and level. I flipped them about 5 days ago, so should start seeing pistols in the next few days. Finding these things are super hungry for calmag. Ph is pretty stable Round 6.2-6.0. I personally like to keep it up in hydro until about week 4 of flower, then ill let it drop down to 5.7-6.0 range. I don't ph my coco plants. Lights are up 1/3 turn up from low, and co2 is up another 100ppm.
Looking pretty good. Still not enough calmag. For the first time, I'm going to have to go and feed the full dosage if that will even be enough. This plant LOVES calmag! I don't ever care to measure height of plants, but I've been keeping track of vertical growth during stretch since as of now, I'll be repeating growing this plant in the future, and can plan the canopy better. It still has come out pretty flat and full tho. Flowers are starting to develop, and today they got the lights increased to 2/3 power. Theyll get full light at week5-6ish depending on penetration. Light is still getting in everywhere well.
Moving along nicely. Still getting some slight red in the leaf stems, which I'm starting to think is just a thing with this strain. I've dumped so much calmag in there, and moved the ph around, and it doesn't go away. Theyre happy tho. Came in this morning and they were praying toward the light. Did a nute/water changeout a few days ago, so thats good until week 6 of flowering. Did some light defol, and it looks like there could be more now that I look at the light pen in pictures. This isn't a high yielding strain, but I should pull in a good yeild off this run.
Posting a few days early, as I'm going to be away for over a week. Still moving along nicely. Did some more de leafing this morning to get more light pen, and drop the humidity a little more. I may turn the lights up to 100% power before I leave as well.
Looking good. Canopy ended up a little un even, but not to a point I give a shit. I've merged off the calmag, and now feeding just mag sulfur. The nutes uptake has slowed down, and I only throw in about 20ml to the 3 gallons I add daily maybe once a week. With that and the koolbloom, the ppm are staying right around 500-525. Lights are now at 100% power beginning week 6. Next weekend the res will be emptied and just ro and magsulfur will be used. Last time I did this, and the smoke was so damn smooth.
This run is comming along great, and getting close to finishing. Just pulled most of the nute water out, and replaced maybe 80-85% of it with ro, floranectar, and some hydroguard. The ppm are around 200, and setting the ph around 5.7-5.9. By next week, I won't even bother checking the ph anymore and adding only ro. I like to be below 100ppm on the final week. The canopy is a little thick, so I'll be chopping the top foot off, then the rest a week later since I don't have anything lined up to go in these buckets right now. As mentioned, this plant isn't a big yeilder, but more for quality, so I can't say it will pack on much more, and they're already rock hard, but I'm sure they'll get a little bigger.
I like that I get an orange mark on nutrients, because I'm not using any at all at this point. The res read 5.7ph today, and 134ppm. Just using strait ro to top ot off, and will prob let the level just drop down after Thursday. It drops about 2 gallons or so a day. Will be chopping down next Sunday the upper 1 foot, and then the last 1 foot the weekend following. Buds are showing cloudy trics, and are suuuper tight. Hopefully we will be below 100ppm by chop, not really going to adjust ph from here, and hope theyre ready.
Well, I got some of the top layer buzzed off. Basically just trimmed off where the leaves went from purple to green, and chopped it there. That way the buds under can mature and grow a little more, and some of that chlorophyll can clear out for a smoother smoke. Theyll stay in ro only 4-7 more days. Tho this isn't a big yielding plant by any means, this run will be at least 2lbs of A bud. The little golf ball nuggets are ssssolllid and heavy for their size. Though about 1/3 of it is already chopped down, I'll call it a harvest next weekend.
For a small yielding strain, 28oz isn't to bad. Grew very well, smell fantastic. The buds are super dense, so they're heavy for the size. I won't be running it again, but I did pollinate it with my kens gdp, so we'll see how that goes. If it weren't a 350gm2 strain,.. .aybe more like a 450 and up, I would have kept running it.
@@serinboy, not the best in the world, but they have some good stuff. A lot of low yielding, but high quality strains. Germination rates are average. Out of 4 strains by them I have tried, their tut and do si dos were pretty good. Purple urkle was a pain in the ass, but gave up good bud, and tahoe cure I grew, also finiky. Havent tried it yet.
Definitely want to try this strain! We have a strain crossed with Dos si Dos. Its called Purple Shot! You have to check it out if you like Dos si Dos 💯 Good luck with the grow my friend they are very happy looking ladies👊
