Lena12 My girls are growing slower. Have problems with temperature. Started nutrients 2 weeks ago. Watering with general hydro 3 times per week. Waiting for flowering stage. But this is my firs grow and have stressed plants a little bit.

She’s growing slow because you have her in a huge pot and overwatered it. 10% perlite is not enough. You need to have at least 30% perlite.
Glookies is a photoperiod plant so you cannot “wait” to turn into flowering. You have to induce it by turning your lights 12/12. But right now she’s weak and stressed. I wouldn’t flower her.
What is your ppm, ph, and how much runoff do you have?
