Grimbol’s ABC Project - Pt. I

Germinated a bunch of seeds in a glass of water then planted them directly into rapid rooter plugs and they are off to the races! Vigorous seed sprouts! Beyond excited to begin this project: ABC x CD91’ F3: 1. My plan is to use this original seed stock to make an F2 population. 2. Hunt for a few male+female in F2 that demonstrate ABC structure. 3. Use those parents to create an F3 population which would hopefully be a majority ABC structure expression. Goals: preservation, creating a stable ABC expression in seed form, GAS. Working name: 91ABC If you are wondering why all these steps, it’s on recommendation from the breeder to get the recessive ABC structure trait to show and stabilize so that is what we are going to try! I want some gassy, funky, ABC in seed form and whether I’m successful or not, I’ll document it on here and show you how to make your own seeds in a controlled manner. Be good out there! 🤙
