Had some seeds lying around. Tried popping 5 total and only one made it. Have no clue what they are, should be quality bud though.

Pretty impressive so far and decent node separation. 11/16 - Transplanted into 5 gallon smart pot and fox farm ocean forest. Picked up Roots organic Buddha grow and will start using in a couple of weeks. 11/18 - Looking good, transplanted a couple of days ago a minimum signs of shock if any other than slowed growth for a day. Just fimmed after the 4th node so the 5th on a whim but not sure if I want to main line or top and lst.

9/20 - I cut away the stem and fan leafs from the first node also fimmed not sure why but I did. 9/21 - First day of nutrients (Day 16), I’m using Roots organic Buddha grow. 9/23 - (Day 19) Made it to the 6th node and decided to top today for main lining. Topped to just above the 4th. I removed all stems except the 3rd node. Also left fan leaves on all other nodes.

I watered 5 days ago with first nutes. Bottom half still seems moist. (Using cheap meter) Should I water without nutes, even if it is it moist? Its a 5 gallon pot. Plant may have been a little small to transplant. How much water should I be giving when I do water at this stage?

Hi there, Plants at your age drink approximately 300ml per 24hour.But you don’t need to water everyday. As you are growing in 5 gallons pot, I think you don’t need to water for at least 10days .Make sure your top soil is dried for 2inches down and know your pot’s weight when to water and after watering. You don’t need to use nutrient everytime you water as your are growing in soil.Always check your water pH and ppm before watering.Make sure there’s 10~20% run off and check run off pH and ppm also.Happy Growing... ✌️

11/27 Topped yesterday on Day 21. Looking pretty good waiting on some soft ties to arrive so I can start training in a couple of days. 11/28 Started training. Trying to be less aggressive but keep pushing it to the limits. Waiting for stems to heal but not really 😂. Also watered today and hopefully have PH balanced now. 12/1 Topped today for the last time, seems to be drinking water a bit faster also. Time to let this baby grow. Hopefully it will show sex soon as this is an unknown seed I’ll have to wait to find out. 12/3 Starting to grow nicely. Seems to need to be watered but my ph meter stopped working so waiting a day or two for the new one. Also not sure when to start cutting away at the lower nodes on the mains as they start to grow so have to do some research.

Do new cannabis leaves sometimes have defects or missing pieces? Mine seem to have a few missing spots and I’m wondering if it’s bugs or something to keep an eye on?

This looks like wear & tear, not bugs. It can happen when they are small and you're handling them.

12/5 Day 30 - New Ph meter came early so gave nutrients again today and balanced PH to 6.5. Runoff came out at 5.5, not sure if I need to do anything yet because I think I have been too low on Ph so hopefully it will balance after next water/feed. Also tds read runoff around 300 it was 600 this time going in when I fed. 12/7 Day 32 - Plant was looking great so decided to start training. I was going to keep the top side of the 2nd nodes but realized there were more reasons not to so I cut them away. Then removed the large fan leaves and tied everything down. It’s definitely growing faster with getting Ph squared away.

12/26 Made the flip last night to 12/12. Also seeing signs of alternating nodes and what I’ve read it indicates maturity and that it’s ready to start flowering cycle. Also showing sex and by all indications seems it is a female which I have been waiting patiently to find out! Edit: Based on answered question may still be too early to be 100% sure on sex so I’ll wait a bit longer. 1/1 Finishing up the first week of flower and growth is taking off. I’m starting to see the hairs coming out of the sex locations still leaning towards female. Hopefully I can get some decent pics tomorrow.

Can anyone help confirm sex? I’m thinking it’s a female by everything that I can tell. Is it still to early or is it female/male?

Too early to tell. Both sexes have the same bracts (those little leaves you are seeing). You have to wait until the reproductive parts grow in the bracts. Two white hairs mean female, so keep an eye out for those.

1/2 Day 57 Flower day 8 and showing sex finally and it’s a female!! It’s been a long wait to find out, I took a gamble on this random bag seed. Now just time to see how well she does it flower! 1/5 Day 60 Flower 11 Decided to spread out the canopy a bit more.

Is there still more vertical growth to come? I’ve switched to flower a couple weeks ago and it looks like my tops are starting to bud or is it just more nodes coming in with lots of female hairs??

Flowering stretch lasts a few weeks depending on the strain but it seems like your is about done and starting to focus in bud formation so there's nothing to worry about height wise. Amazing main-lining work!! Good luck and happy growing :)

1/16 Day 71 F22 Ok so she did stretch the smallest bit to 15” I’m sure she will be 17-18 to the top of bud by finish. She has slight yellowing on lower leaves and slight yellowing of the tips. TDS isn’t dropping much between watering so need to do some research to see if that’s ok and I’ve maintained 6.4-6.6 pH

Not happy with how she looks at all. The buds don’t look bad but the leaves aren’t hanging in too well. I’ve kinda lost my excitement unfortunately lol. I’m trying to fix the nutrient issues I think I’ve had pH lockout for sometime. Recalibrated my pH meter and it was off by .7 so idk. Either way just hoping to finish out soon and take what she gives me
