Hi there,You are just transplanted at right time.Popping out roots from the cup means they need to transplant and ready to grow vigorously.The leaves downwards means they are alittle bit of overwatering.Don’t water too often and don’t soak the soil too much.Strengthen the seedling with some support if they are stretching.Happy growing... ✌️

He is not using any Nutrients at this point. They are over watered and he needs to let the soil lighten up a bit before watering again. Have a lil faith in your teacher young Padawan.

Can you raise the light... You can take a fan and put it on top of the intake fan hole if you don't have a leg or can unscrew the fan motor frome the stand.. this way you can leave a small crack ooen at the bottom and get the side flaps open. It will remive some of the hot air from above and replace it with fresh air below. Its a temporaruly fix but it work. I une this king of set up in my 2x2 just to get air circulating.. beter then no exaust at all. Yo can get one in 24h from amazon for less then 20$ without a leg
