She is already better than my last blue toof plant. Starting to show pistils. I'm hoping she grows more and the bottom stalks shoot out to the light. All is well
There ain't gonna be a vigorous growth, ever. These lights are best for flowering but bot alone.
Switch your grow lights with something white, preferably 3000K or even 4000K.
Even LED Bulbs will work for this stage of the plant, there's no need for too much red yet.
If you keep using these lights, you will end up with a dwarf, guaranteed (been there, done that).
Get your self a 1-to-7 socket splitter like this one: https://goo.gl/NSQC5V
Go to your local store and get seven 15W LED Bulbs. 3500K or 4000K will do the job.
Remove the plastic globe glass that covers the LEDs and screw them in the splitter.
Hang the splitter above the plant and voila! You're done, cheap and easy.
@Divs_darkroom since you have height issues, you should raise the vegging plants and lower the flowering plants in your tent.
That way, the Vegging plants will get more even light.
Place the QB above the veg plants and Mars above the flowering plants.
That way you will give more blue to the vegging plants and more red to the flowering plants.
That is the reason I told you to avoid soaking leaves with water, water drops on a leaf act as a magnifier and your lights burn the leaves, not the intense lights.
Besides, Mars LEDs have lens on their leds, another reason to keep them away from young plants. Mars LEDs are very good for flowering because of the excess red.
While vegging, you need more blue and 4000K has a good amount of blue.
@NLfanatic, right now i have 3 leds going. and all 3 are going so that they can cover the whole canopy i have going. i have an HLG 65 4000k quantum board in between the 2 mars leds. my other grows have done fine with this lighting combination. my problem with this plant is light intensity, not so much spectrum yet.
Also, avoid drowning your plant with water and watering it too much and too often.
If you can't afford a humidifier (they are dirt cheap, like 10$ for a 3L Humidifier), at least put some wet towels inside a bowl with water and leave the edges out of the bowl to increase humidity,
You can even cut a plastic water bottle in half, make some holes and spray water from the inside and cover the plant, like a humidity dome: https://goo.gl/n1wnSo
Try lowering your exhaust speed, you need a nice, humid and warm enviroment.
You can buy cheap thermostats that are easy to work with and understand, like this one:

You can do many things with very little money, as long you use your brain!
