Welcome to my indoor grow report with gorilla glue #4, by Linda seeds!
I know that this report will kinda get lost due to the custom breeder, but still this genetic should be a killer. I’m really interested in her and how frosty she might get, she’s 3 days behind my other plants.
This is the second week of vegetation for the gorilla glue, and she seems to grow grazile and rather small. Nothing more to add here, healthy plant so far;)
Welcome to the third week of vegetation for my gorilla glue!
She got transplanted last week and seems to thrive! Added some mykorrhiza/trichoderma as well. I’m still not quite sure which training I’m going to do.
Might it be useful do to no training at all in a sog? So they can get like 1,3 Meter or so... or is it going to be a high loss of yield?
Never did no training indoors... what do you think?
See ya next week✊
Welcome to the fourth week of vegetation for my gorilla glue!
I’ll update her in the next week synchronic with the others, 2 days more or less is not that significant in my opinion. Just that you know why she’s a bit smaller than the other ones!
So here’s my masterplan about the growtechnique in this grow!
I topped the six plants surrounding the gorilla glue, as they are bigger and I want them to have 6 big branches. In order to give them more space to grow, I decided not to top the gorilla glue, so she’ll grow like a lighthouse, quite straight and with a few colas. But therefore she won’t get in the way of the other topped ones. This ,lighthouse’ technique as I call it😅 is a totally new experience to me and I’m excited if it works out, in my mind it does😇
She receives fast buds nutrition from greenbuzz liquids now, in a week the flowering starts!
Welcome to the fifth week of vegetation for the gorilla glue #4!
She’s doing really fine:)
Tomorrow I’ll switch the lights, then she’ll be able to show of her full potential for stretching!
I just hope she won’t get to tall, let’s see☺️
Welcome to the first week of flowering for the gorilla glue #4!
I switched the light to 12/12 seven days ago and the stretch begins now. Sadly there’s a pretty poor branching on most of my plant, might be because the didn’t got defoliated and it got quite messy around my babies!
I turned the LED on 100% now and hung her a bit higher, so there shouldn’t be light damage.
They receive flowering nutrients now (organic bloom liquid) mixed with grow liquid. Next week it’s only bloom liquid.
I really hope with the aggressive defoliation I did today, that the branches are going to bounce back and grow a lot more, otherwise the harvest might be way smaller than I thought...
Welcome to the second week of vegetation for my gorilla glue!
She shows some first signs of flowering, but real first flowers should be visible next week.
She’s doing really fine and seems to be an easy girl!
I hung the LED a bit higher, because the psicodelicia shows some light-stress, the others are fine.
Welcome to the third week after switching the lights to 12/12!
She’s kinda beautiful 😁 but still there are no signs of flowering:/ I doubled the nutrition and I hope that she’ll have flowers next week...
but my gorilla glue seems to be a sativa-phenotype!
Welcome to the first real week of flowering for the gorilla glue!
Finally she’s in flowering!
She really seems to be a sativa-phenotype, which I’m totally happy with.
You can already see that her buds will get huge and thicc!
Gave all my plants some organic more pk as well, so they’re good prepared for the next weeks!
See you next week✌️
Welcome to my gorilla glue diary!
Im Kind of unlucky having a sativa-dominant phenotype as the only plant i didn’t topped😅 she’s growing really tall right now, but therefore she’ll yield massive... I just need to take care of her height so she doesn’t get a sunburn, hopefully everything goes well with her.
See you next week✌️
This Cola should be yield fucking much. I’m really stoked on her progress, cause she has some potential!
So many buds are growing right now and I’m sure she’ll add a few more nodes!
Holy shit, this gorilla glue is going to be one single bud longer than my underarm!
Really amazing, still growing upwards👌
The pistils in the lower buds are already changing colours, but the main-cola will grow a lot more in every direction in the next weeks...
Welcome to my gorilla glue from Linda seeds!
Damn huge main-cola, really impressive.
I know that she’ll build even fatter buds in the next weeks, she’s a great one!!
Welcome!
Still growing and shooting pistils, but now with a slightly deficiency:/ but it doesn’t really matter now, she’s close to the finish line.
Buds are superb-sized, amazing genetic. Really stoked about the end-product!
Frosty af, tight af, huge af; this is basically everything to tell about gorilla glue.
What a beast! Huge headbud and a nice lime-smell!
Just waiting for her to finish in the next two weeks.
Welcome to the harvest report on my Gorilla Glue #4 from Linda seeds!
I only had heard good things about Gorilla Glue and as it's a real classic strain i needed to try her out. I chose Linda seeds because i was absolutely amazed by their super lemon haze.
Gorilla glue didn't disappoint!
GROW:
I need to say that she was quite slow at the beginning of her lifecycle, that's why I chose her to be the one which shouldn't receive any training and would just grow straight upwards.
I've placed her in the middle of the tent in order to create a ,lighthouse' because all the other ones were trained and quite wide and they were supposed to grow around her, which they perfectly did.
That's why Gorilla Glue became the biggest plant in my tent and i needed to stack the other ones up so i could still have an even canopy.
In flowering she stretched so damn much, i never thought she would get that big😅 This characteristic and the thin leaves on her made me think that i might have got a Sativa-dominant phenotype.
She was finished after 65 days of flowering (excluding the weeks she took to produce the preflowers) which is also more kind of Sativa-style than a 80% Indica-hybrid as Linda described her.
HARVEST:
The harvest took me rediciously short because the buds were completely covered in trichomes and also didn't had any popcorn-buds.
At the end she gave me 65 grams of dried buds, which was the highest harvest in that indoor grow!
SMELL: 8/10
The smell is pretty similar to my hawaiian snow!
it's citric but not really sweet, more like metal or sharp citrus smell. It's also not super loud, but still i really like it💪
The flowers are really beautiful and quite fluffy, with long and thin pistils coloured in a nice dark orange! This is one of these strains which fucking clean your grinder because it's so sticky😂
TASTE: 7/10
The taste is quite earthy and a bit citric and pretty smooth as well!
EFFECT: 9/10
The Effect is super strong and absolutely sativa-style.
After the first few hits the effect starts crawling into your head and body, leaving you smiling and energetic. After being talkactive for the first 30 Minutes i was quite alert and thought police would turn up (was just a normal car parking, but i ,,saw'' their lettering on it) and then i decided to run away👻
i was running when my friends called me and told me there was no police... Well, i didn't believe them😆 I fucking literally thought the police would've told them to say that to get to me.
Long story short, after a few minutes of talking to them on the phone they convinced me and i went back (still really alert).
That should describe the effect of the Gorilla Glue #4 for me really good😂
I hope you enjoyed this diary as much as i did and i hope to see you soon in one of the dozens of my other diaries😆
btw: This was the last flower i had kept from gorilla glue, the rest is already gone up in smoke!
The flower in the picture is the main-bud of the main-cola and weights 13.5 grams💪
