continue topping the nodes where its necessary, (seeking for a potent clone material, so leaving the lower nodes intact) increasing the calmag dose for all plants the biggest, transplanted plant started to wake up after a few days, and continuously reaching for that 15000 lumen

It does appear to be a male but I would still give it another 4-5 days to be sure. If you see white stigma (hairs) popping out, you'll know it's a girl. If they don't or you start getting bunches (like grapes), you'll know it's a male. The pollen sacks are a long way from maturity if that's what they are. As long as you're careful removing it, you won't have to worry about pollination. The sacks aren't anywhere near bursting (naturally).
