Die Amnesia und auch die taison haben scheinbar ein wenig zu viel Licht bekommen, bzw war der Abstand der Lampe zu gering. Hat jemand einen Tipp für mich wie ich das wieder behoben bekomme? Oder fangen die pflanzis sich von alleine?

The soil is quite packed and your roots do not like it at all. Try it next time with fluffy soil ( like Biobizz light mix )and you will remember me. I had the same problem if you look at my diaries , in my first grow.
