What would cause my leaves too twist like that ?

I agree, she might be too wet, although I have seen plants at that size with twisted leaves before, I don't think it is anything to worry about. Not all plants are 100% perfect, 100% of the time. Expecting every plant you grow to be 100% perfect is expecting too much. Try, once you transplant her, to keep the soil moist, but not wet. Also, plants at that age do not really need feeding if growing in soil. The plants are in rather small pots, so transplanting should happen soon. Another thing I noticed is that you are feeding her "bloom" nutrients, however she needs "grow" nutrients which has a different formula designed for optimum growth in cannabis plants. Feeding her "bloom" nutrients at this size/age means she is not really getting what she requires for best growth. Wait until after you have transplanted her before starting on feeding her and not until she has at least 8 or so nodes. Hope this helps..... Organoman.

its normal that she is droopy right after watering, if she stays like that the whole time then its probably due to overwatering, she is looking good but seems like its time for a transplant up. stay lit growmie.

I’m kinda confused on what too do exactly with this plant it’s my first grow and I’ve heard of a bunch of techniques LST topping and I’m wondering is I should tie it down and just keep it tied down and let it grow or let the side branches come out and then train them too come out

She looks Great!! I have some now I did to them just what you are asking a question about. Just alittle older but about the same size. Check 'em out. Now for me, I said for me, I'd tie that baby down as soon as the the 2 tops get long enough to tie down, side branches too. BUT if you have room, I don't, I'd let that baby grow and top again.

What do you guys think about removing the 2 top leaves too give the lower branches some more light too come out? Would this be bad for the plant or would it be fine ? I’ve already removed the 2 first leaves that first sprouted on the plant and it didn’t seem like it affected it

There’s no need to remove that leaf. There are absolutely situations where you would want to remove that leaf but it will be in flower/late flower and you’re not there yet. It’s not blocking anything important atm and your lower canopy won’t suffer as a result. Good luck

Transplanted her into a 5 gallon and added 2 tbs per gallon of 444 and then I topped her last week and been watering from a ph of 6.3 -6.6 could it be over watering ? Or nutrition burn ? I water when the soil gets dry with a sprayer and I dries out within usually a day or so

Howdy, there is no way spraying water will ever be enough for a plant of that size. Have a look at my diary "Holy Mackerel" to see the root system on a 3 week old seedling, this will give you an idea as to why using a sprayer is pointless. Ideally, you want the soil evenly moist from top to bottom, but not wet. Neither do you want dry pockets as roots can't/won't grow through dry soil, neither will nutrients be available. A plant this size in a pot the size you have her in, should be easily taking 2 litres or so every 3-7 days depending on temps. It is best to give a decent deep watering to run off every few days as it is to give little amounts often, which does very little for your plant other than to stop it dying. If you could dig it up to see how much water has penetrated the soil after using your sprayer, I am sure you would be shocked! At best the first inch or two may be moist, but deeper than that would be practically dry. Until you have run off, there is no way of telling if your soil is moist the whole way through. As you have been under watering, your soil may be in danger of becoming "hydro phobic" which means if you try and give 2 litres all at once, most of the water will just run straight through the pot without much being absorbed. I would suggest you give her 500ml every half hour, over 2 hours or so (4 x 500ml = 2 litres), this way some of the water will be absorbed before the next dose of water is given. It will also cause the soil to swell a little each time and prevent the water from just running through without being absorbed. After this, try giving enough water each time the top inch or two are dry, so that water comes out of the bottom of the pot, as this will ensure the soil has had water added from top to bottom. Watering frequency could be as much as twice a day once your plant flowers to anything as long as 5-7 days at the moment while your plant is still young. All these things depend on temps, evaporation/transpiration. A couple of other things, your plant looks super green, I would suggest cutting the strength of your Gia Green 444 in half as your plant is still small and in fresh soil. It is also far better for your plant to get weaker solutions relatively often than it is to feed her big doses less frequently as it is far easier to remedy a slight under feeding than it is to rescue a plant that has been over fed and burnt. Secondly, I personally advise against any defoliation except for leaves that have gone yellow. Each healthy green leaf you remove will reduce your plants capacity to produce energy and can slow growth and even stunt plants. Each leaf is like a "solar panel" producing energy for your plant to grow her biggest and best. Each leaf removed means your plant has less energy to grow. "Bud sites" that are seemingly shaded are actually relying on those "shade/fan" leaves to produce the energy required for the "bud sites" to grow their fastest. The little leaves associated with the new growth can in no way provide as much energy as just one healthy green fan leaf. Besides, if you leave the "shade/fan" leaf in place, 3-4 days later, the little "bud site" branch that was being shaded has grown out from under the shade/fan leaf anyhow, making removal of the leaf pointless. On top of this, cannabis being the smart plant that it is, will "store" vital growth elements like carbs, sugars, amino acids etc in those large shade/fan leaves, which she will draw upon during flowering as it is much more efficient for the plant to re-use the "stored" vital growth elements from her older leaves, as it is to manufacture these vital growth elements from new during flowering. This is why the older leaves will go yellow on otherwise well fed and healthy plants during flowering. So, the removal of healthy green leaves not only reduces the plants capacity to produce energy, it also robs the plant of vital growth elements she cleverly stored in her older leaves. If the leaves are removed, the plant must use energy to grow and also to make new carbs, sugars, amino acids etc at the same time. If all the healthy green leaves were left in place, all the energy could be used just for growth. This is why cannabis will grow her fastest and biggest flowers if all healthy green leaves are left in place to do their job of providing energy to grow through photosynthesis. Less healthy green leaves = less energy produced = less reserves of growth elements = smaller/slower growth. Cannabis has evolved to grow her biggest and best flowers. Cannabis has not evolved to get rid of perfectly healthy green leaves for no benefit. Cannabis can not "channel" energy, all energy is used throughout the entire plant. There are no energy highways with little policemen directing energy flow, nor does the plant have a brain to decide where energy should go. All energy gets divided equally through the whole plant. Removing healthy green leaves means there is less energy to go around, slowing growth with potentially smaller growth/size over all. The plants first response to losing leaves is to grow new ones to replace the loss of energy production. Since leaf removal stimulates the plant to grow new leaves, what is the point of removing healthy green leaves? If she still has her leaves, all her energy can go into "whole plant growth" meaning there are no energy setbacks to achieving optimal/maximum plant and flower size. Sorry for the "anti defoliation" sermon, I just can't help myself at times! I hope this helps in some way, either you or somebody else reading this. Good luck and happy growing,...... Organoman.

Only defoliate if fan leaves are blocking future bud sites. On your diary, it looks like you have 5 main tops. If you look in between the center one and the top two, you'll see another cola trying to poke its way through. These potential tops are probably in between the center and the outer tops. I would clear off the fan leaves blocking them. Remember that the leaves are your power cell, you want to keep as many as possible. Only defoliate with a purpose. Open up those tops to light and save as many fan leaves as you can.

If you are using the net to scrog I would fill roughly 70% of the net with bud sites and then initiate flower, that way when the 3 week of stretching finishes the net will be totally full. Obviously this is a estimate as some strains stretch more than others etc. Happy growing fella👍

Removing healthy green leaves will just deprive your plant of its ability to produce energy, resulting in slower and potentially smaller growth. Those possible "bud sites" are relying on those very same leaves you are contemplating on removing, to produce the energy they need to actually grow. Removing leaves, something I personally detest unless they are yellow, any time near or during flowering, is the absolute worst time to do so. If you want to do anything beneficial, try some well considered "lollipopping" and remove any small and spindly growth near the bottom or inner parts of the plant. This is also best done during early/mid veg as the plant will barely notice it, but if done lightly and not too much is removed, should be ok at this early stage of flowering. If you can try and only remove the smaller leggy branches and leave behind any of the larger healthy green leaves, this will benefit your plant by leaving these "energy factories" in place to do their job of producing the energy your plant needs to grow her biggest and best flowers. The small "bud leaves/sugar leaves" associated with the flowers can in no way make as much energy as just one big healthy green fan leaf. The big leaves also provide your plant with a ready source of "stored" vital growth elements such as carbs, amino acids, sugars, etc that your plant will draw upon during flowering. This is why the older leaves will go yellow during flowering, even though the plant is healthy and otherwise well fed. It is far more efficient for your plant to re-use these "stored" vital growth elements during flowering, than it is to make them from new at the same time as she is trying to grow her biggest and best flowers. So, not only does removing healthy green leaves reduce your plants capacity to produce the energy needed to grow, it also robs her of the vital growth elements she has stored in them for use during flowering. My advice is to leave all healthy green leaves to produce the energy she needs to grow her biggest and best flowers and to also provide the ready source of vital growth elements that she has so cleverly stored in them, for use during flowering as well. Hope this helps,..... Organoman.

Just keep an eye on her. My la peyote did this for the whole flower and she yielded like a mother fucking beast. The Praying is a good sign but slight drooping is fine. Slight drooping in my observations can just be a genetic trait. I would be more concerned if she was drooping really bad and not growing. Curling is bad too but they look like they are just a bit on the droopy side. Growing well? still has health and vigor? I'd just keep on doing what your doing :).

After looking at your diary, this is my own preferred harvest ripeness, with plenty of THC still present. If you prefer a sleepy and lazy body stone another 7-10 will be about right, but remember, they body stone comes from plants with diminished THC levels, but with elevated CBD and CBN levels, which are 2 non psychoactive cannabinoids and are responsible for producing the body stone effect. It depends on which you prefer, a THC dominant head trip type of high or a CBD sleepy and lazy body type of stone. Hope this helps,........... Organoman.
