Using a Mainlining technique by Nebula Haze, can be found here: https://www.growweedeasy.com/manifold Light Intensity: ~21,000 Lumens at the base. I'm using R.O. Water and added an additional pump and two more air stones, 4 air stones in total. I have a water based pump circulating the water inside the reservoir for additional agitation. As well as a water-chiller installed to the side of the reservoir that extracts the heat from the water and radiates it into the environment. I have been having issues with the Purple Haze. I've tried adjusting the Temperatures, adding additional Cal-Mag, changing lumen intensity etc. Any help on my current issue would be great!! -- Updated Nutrients for this week.

I have been having issues with the Purple Haze. I've tried adjusting the Temperatures, adding additional Cal-Mag, changing lumen intensity etc. I believe this may be nutrient burn? Added an old image of leaf before mainlining, the plant is 1 week old after mainlining was done.

Hi! Are you blasting that led at full power all the time? Seedlings and young plants don't need that much power and they can't even handle it that well, so it might be that you have been given too much light for them and they are stressing out. Also 24hrs light can be very stresfull to plants and even so if they are stressed to begin with. Your ec is 1.7 and humidity at 40% so you have been giving quite alot of nutes and your VPD (Temp/Humidity ratio) is way off 'cos they would like to be at 60-70%% in veg state and even 80% when seedling. pH is little bit high for hydro BUT if you are using "bennies" (Beneficial bacteria and mycorhizzae) you can also grow "bioponic" and you can grow with higher pH than normal, but I don't think thats the case rn. Dilute your reservoir to 1.1-1.5 Ec Lower your pH to 5.5-6.0 and keep it there Raise humidity to ATLEAST 55% better yet 70% Change light cycle to ATLEAST 20/4 or better yet 18/6 for a week to ease the stress and give them some rest Raise the light 24" or as high as can if 24" cant be reached With these you should see them grow much healthier and better in after about a week or so

PPM hasn't moved much, went down to 575 after 1 Week so i decided to holdoff on adding the TRIO nutrients. I added weekly dose of Cal-Mag, HydroGuard, and VooDoo Juice - raising my PPM content to 675. Cal-Mag states to keep p.H. around 6.1 - 6.5 for optimum absorption, so that is what im doing. Purple Haze is still struggling a bit. Definitely looks healthier than last week. I defoliated a bit, removing the dead leaves on the purple haze. Completed Main-Lining with Aurora Indica, and she is looking healthy and growing strong! Will continue defoliation and LST as time progresses.

Made the switch to flower - Hoping to go 8 weeks, but if they stretch out, then ill go 6 weeks. Since I'm doing bioponics, I decided to not change the reservoir and top with fresh RO water as needed. I'm trying something new with feeding nutrients, instead of adding 3mL/gal (30mL total) all at once im going to add it over a few days. Yesterday was the first 15mL dose, tomorrow will be the other 15mL. I'm adding Hydroguard, Voodoo, and Cal-Mag today. Day 2 of Flowering and the smell is quite strong inside the tent. The carbon filter seems to eliminate the smell completely! Everything else is looking good (I think)! (12/7) Update: Plants are really growing fast and the smell is getting more pungent by the day! Both plants are showing signs of nutrient burn, so I'm going to remove a gallon of water and add a gallon of RO water later today. Will update with Pics Thursday so everyone can see the progression. (12/10) Update: Going through about a half gallon a day. Defoliated both plants to promote the lower buds to grow!

I guess Im slightly confused about how to feed my plants. The Aurora Indica looks fine, but the Purple Haze has been struggling throughout this entire time. I noticed that as long as I keep my nutrient content below 700ppm, Purple Haze wont show signs of burn. Anything above that, and I get nutrient burn. (12/17) Update: Added LST to Purple Haze & Aurora. Isn't stretching as much as i expected, so I may not be able to utilize the scrog mesh as i planned. Thus, Im working towards a See of Green (SoG) with LST training! Added small dose of nuts with an emphasis in phosphorous.

My Purple Haze plant doesn't seem to like high nutrient content. At this point, feeding it once per week will only burn the plant. Is it okay that haven't really added much nutrients at all over the past few weeks? I will continue to not add nutrients until I see deficiency?

Haze plants with their sativa content are pretty delicate in my experience. I have found giving them quarter strength nutrients is plenty. Any full strength will burn them. They seem to prefer a little nutrition often, rather than big doses all at once. Hope this helps,.... Organoman.

Got really busy last week and didn't have enough time to update! Last week I tried to remove all of the bottom fan leaves and accidently cut-off 2 nodes on purple haze :/ I defoliated aurora Indica last week & today as seen in pic. Will defoliate purple haze once more and some minor stress techniques, besides that, I'm lettings em' grow! Decided to do away with a the SCROGG net as I'm quite happy with my results so far & it was getting in the way more than anything.

Have been slacking on trimming and defoliation. So I dedicated about 5 hours today removing all lower growth (popcorn buds) and fan leaves that where blocking light. Fairly happy with the results and i plan to have this be the last major round of trimming before harvest. By the looks of it, I say I have at least 4 weeks before I consider harvesting. Humidity has been floating between 55% to 60%, after defoliation and a new dehumidifier, I am sitting at 40% to 45%. Please let me know what you think! Note: I have some slime / mold growing around the base of my pot nettings. Tried to remove as much as I could, but it doesn't appear to be affecting the plants so I going to leave it as is unless it creates a problem. (1/08) Update: Added dose of Nutrients to bring PPM to 850. Brought p.H up to 6.0 - going to test to see how much feed i can give, will add half gallon of R.O. if I see burning. Focusing on phosphorus intake for good growth!

Plants growing as intended! Trying to blast them with Phosphorus to maximize nug growth. Temps stay around 71F during day and drop to 60F at night. Water temp stays between 66F and 70F. Pretty happy with the outcome so far! Looking to chop in exactly 4 weeks! (1/15): Adding Botanicare Sweet to the mix. Why? I was told blackstrap molasses is a great addition near the end of flowering. Though, not very suitable for DWC since it can clog things up. I decided Sweet by Botanicare would be a good substitute!
