First week with my first clones. Hoping to learn from a lot of my previous mistakes and perfect perpetual growth. Excited to train better with the expectation of SCROG in the flower room after the flip. Decided to make my own bubble cloner due to how not fun using riot rooters was haha. Aside from that, I'm just training to get the next round started. I feel that with this strain there is a hump period that you have to get over and the plants just take off. this is my first time starting from clone and while I may have done a bad job or picked badly rooted ones, I feel that this will give me a better idea of how fast I can get these girls to take off especially not having to start from seed again. I'm planning on throwing 2 Spider Farmer SF 2000's for this room in veg. I'm hoping they don't really need more due to it just being in veg and the tight spacing and mylar. Hope yall enjoy and feel free to critique where you think I may make some great improvements.

So it's week 2 with the baby clones. I'm trying not to overthink them looking so damn sad haha. I know I tend to do that though and judging off of the different leaf discrepancies I think as a whole they are just suffering from normal cloning stress and may have had a bit too many nutrients at the start. I've decided to reduce the base by 25% and I finally got the second SF 2000. I have a feeling that the additional light could be a bit brighter heating the room up and giving them an overall better expeirence. BUT THEY AIN'T DEAD!! and that is what is important lol. Looking forward to a peaceful veg coming up and embracing that boring period I hear growers hate haha. I have a new cloning setup and up top is my official current mother for SSH. I'm trying to do the not recommended and keep her in hydro bc it's all I know lol. Feel free to comment on any basic tips for nutrient reductions etc for that. Hey, that's some nice root growth though right!? Shoutout to the top feeding tip from my first journal too. It's those little things that make the difference.

So it's week 3 and veg is boring lol. No, it's fun going a second round, and I'm excited to try better training techniques and pushing the plants. I put some sexy root pics in there for yall. I'm so excited at this growth and it's really shown me the difference between starting from a seed or cloning. humidity and temps have varied a bit but I try not to let it dip below 75 or peek 85... its annoying though lol (portable ac unit). I decided to keep my little DIY bubble cloner in here and my current mother for this strain.

Alrighty... another week bored in veg ahahah JKJKJK. I love boring, boring is good for people like me. So they are doing well and the environment is a lot more controlled than the bigger room so no issues. I am a little confused about topping a clone that has been FIMMED previously. I think I did it right but someone let me know please lol. trying to get these skills down and it's a bit weird looking. I rotated the plants due to the SF 2000s footprint being a bit skeptical lol. All in all, they are just chilling and growing. I am probably gonna bend them over LST next week once they are a bit more mature and then FIM the crap outta them until I flip in the flower room. Trying to get the cycles down and better plan and may attempt mainlining the second run who knows.

Alrighty, ya'll. So these girls just loooove to stretch. It's a bit annoying because I'm rocking the 2 SF 2000 above but I may have to throw some 4000's in there to get the nodes stacked a bit more. I have raised and lowered the lights and they are at 100% so we may just need more UMPH lol. They are growing though and I love going in there to pinch off some tops for more colas. I decided to do some LST my way. the rubber bands and paper clips are hella cheap and you can just cut them off once you flip :). I'm sure others have better ways but with moving them around so much I like it. HUGGGGGE PH fluctuations. It just keeps dipping and I find myself throwing PH UP in there often. gotta recalibrate but watch it be fine and I'm hurting these poor things haha. I KNOW I can't keep my mother in hydro though. they just grow way too fast and I don't have the space so ill probably be starting a COCO/soil journal soon to get some advice on that. hope yall had a great holiday and dont be lazy like me haha.

Ok, guys don't hate me lol. So my phone took a 12 ft drop off a balcony so I don't have any pics for this week. I didn't know if I should just skip it but I kept it here for the measurements. I don't think I have ever gone into too much detail on the build and I realized I have not been converting the nutrient measurements on here so it may show something absurd. So the Flower room setup ended up being about 100 gallons even and with this room, it should be around 60 Gallons. I kept a smaller system with Veg and I am so happy about that especially with all the other mistakes being my first grow. I use about 100ml of Base Nutrient each So (100 A) (100 B) at the start which is about 150 - 200 TDS. From there I go up 100ml every week or so and I peak at 600ml as of now in the flower room. Now I have not seen any burn so I am sure I could push the plants even further but another factor was cost, The nutrient line is pricey and when you do weekly nutrient changes your costs add up. once I am more established Ill have more cash to invest in the growing process. I started with a couple of additives you may notice but I either ran out or felt that it just wasn't worth the trouble haha. I have not seen much of a growth difference and while I will use the rest I will be more focused on time management and flipping to different rooms properly. For the Veg room during this week It was rather boring tbh. My biggest issue right now is mother plant storage. Keeping them in the veg room they tend to over or get overshadowed by the next line of plants. Debating on what strain the start next and when I should start a mother to grab clones from. It's down to Cherry Pie, Wedding Cake, and Girl scout cookies extreme. Let me know your thoughts or go ahead and just throw general questions or advice for the week. Again sorry for the pics guys.

Wassup! So I borrowed a phone and made sure to have some pics this time haha, T Mobile man what can I say. So! this week I kept it simple still, I have noticed that this strain or my lights cause a lot of stretches between nodes. However, it is my first grow and I may just be paranoid and they are normal for Sativa dominates. I've been LST a lot of larger branches but damn are they really taking off. a bit ahead of time to considering the flower room is just starting to show buds haha. I walk in every 2 or 3 days and pinch off a bunch of tops. I'm trying to FIM as many tops as I can that way when i flip i can just SCROG them down hard and just make a blanket of colas. I'll have to work on the techniques though.

Alrighty, ya'll. seriously I can't even walk in here lol. I'm a bit worried about the growth and may freeze it here for 3 weeks due to the fact that the flower room still has about 5 weeks till harvest. until then I will keep doing what I have to slow them down but they just bounce back bigger haha. I've FIMed, Topped, HST, and LST multiple times. I will most likely defoliate repeatedly until they slow down a bit being safe not to Herm them of course.

Week 9 is here yall and I really need to work on this timing thing. they are just way ahead of schedule with the flower room still being at week 6 and this being a long flower most likely. Had to shred up the center a bit but most were all fan leaves. there appeared to be tip burn on some of the girls but the veins seemed discolored too so I think it's more likely a deficiency but I'm not gonna lie I am often infrequent with when I do the weekly res changes. I'm trying to work out a 2-week res change for veg bc it seems like such a hassle filling and flushing the thing every week along with the flower room which is huge. My RO Filter only does 300 GPD too, All part of the learning process though I guess. I started a Cherry Pie Seed that I know I drowned lol. I should have kept it in a warmer setting too. All and all I'm kinda bored, honestly it's just cool to expand and build and I'm just sort of in limbo for a bit.

Okay! So first of all don't trust that week because I have no idea how old these are now haha. I went through a thing and now I have a flower room that went way too long to be flipped and here is the next round getting way too big AGAIN!! lol. it's ok though because we learned from our mistakes. We will be defoliating and LoliPopping WAY more aggressively. These things are a long flower from the last round it seems, so plenty of recovery time. That's good because we are also going to smash and snap them under the SCROG net way better and flip instantly. That transition will be the recoup and that will keep the thing from touching the ceiling by harvest lol. I'm going to keep the lights at 100% and at the ceiling this time. I have way more to educate on VPD (I think that's what it's called lol) and once I have that AC up and running the RH and temp will be locked down. Does anyone have any experience with C02? I've read up but I'm wondering if I should start small with a bag. I tend to bite off more than I can chew if you haven't noticed. Don't worry I know about the dangers too ;). So as you can see from the pics the plants are bloody huge and ready to flip but I'm using this room as the drying room for the flowers harvest. So I have to change rooms at the same time essentially. One of my fears is that this strain just takes forever in general so I included the next round of mother plants im growing. We have a cherry pie, wedding cake, super silver have, and girl scout cookies extreme. Once I get enough clones and time the flip ill change strains to a faster flowering strain like the cherry pie.

HOLY CANNOLI! seriously man these things won't give me a freaking break. the good news is that I think chalking my first journal up to a failure led me to flip sooner and dang are these ladies tall! I'm talking WNBA tall lol. Don't hate me but I had no choice with the room's size and learning from the mistakes last time this plant will be under this first SCRO for up to week 3 of flower lol. It gets too dang big otherwise and even though it may be dumb I thought it best to try and I ended up breaking a lot of limbs haha. I taped up some though and I figured this would be the best learning experience in the opposite direction to see just how rough I can be with Vegged plant being flipped. I'm also going to be on top of nutrients better and get that Canna PK in there before the top shooter, booster, and bud Xl. I also have the RH on lock a lot better with a bigger drain bucket for the dehumidifier so it can run continuously with so many plants. I also decided to have some fun and bring the SCROG out and work under the canopy to get something bigger. I do regret the way I overlapped a lot of colas in the corners but it can't be helped with their height. Wish me luck and yell at me yall lol. Also, does anyone have a good example of what a bud should really look like throughout flower. a pheno that matches mine really.

Man oh man yall will get a laugh out of this. Sorry for the delay its been ruuuuuuf haha. So my dumb self makes the mistake of mixing flora micro with my aqua flakes B in the same container not realizing they were the same color. It sounds crazy but I always pour them into easier-to-pour coffee mate containers etc lol, there goes half a gallon of each though. I've really had to beat these things up and they just keep bouncing back. I'm lopping of fan leaves trying to expose as many bud sites as possible due to how they all ended up on top of each other. All and all things are better than last time though. still working on the ac so there are big swings but the RH has stayed more consistent and with this aggressive training and use of the SCROG better this 2nd round I feel like this grow is doing much better. I have been feeding my girls a lot lighter than last round but they seem to be responding better.

So These girls are doing great in my unprofessional opinion lol. they all look like they could use a cleanup but man if I come at them again like Sweeny Todd I don't think they will make it haha. This is rolling into week 3 so I'm going to wait just a couple of days and then I'm going to hard Lolipop and defoliate just a wee tad more. I'm just worried I could herm one out and I don't really know what to do with that situation. I've been playing around with Great White and that's been fun but aside from that, I'm just weaving these tops through squares. those corners could be a problem but let me know in the comments if you think I need additional light in the center or your thoughts. OH, I ALMOST FRGT LOL! so I mixed microflora and aqua flakes B together and the plants might have sat in that while I cried for an hour over the hundreds in nutrients I just ruined lol. I dumped the system and redid it though so we gucci

Alrighty yall sorry for the delay. life has been a kick in the balls lately. well, the girls are looking good. from the previous run, I am a bit more optimistic given the flower development this early. I think this mainly due to the use of the PK13/14 early in week 4 here and that the temp is rising here with spring and the humidity hovers really well in the correct ranges. Basically I fuck up the RH and Temp way less because the environment outside is more optimal but that summer heat is right around the corner so there is that to look forward to haha. I'm not gonna lie she was chopped up a bit later than I would have liked but I hit her hard and defoliated and Lolied 1 last time. I'd like to believe I did a decent job but I have already decided to rebuild my SCROG setup next run. My problem was that I tried to put all the plants in the buckets and then drop the whole 1 part SCROG down on top. it obviously didn't work well because most of the colas ended up in the corners and pushed the net up. the tabletop is way off but This time I think I made it through the stretch better and hopefully my plants don't touch the lights as they did before. Let me know though if you think they are bleaching. My flush and harvest time was way off the first run and I already think im going to raise the lights a bit more for maybe 4 more inches.

How is it going my sexy ladies and gentleman! sorry I am in an abnormally good mood for being a week behind schedule haha. Today should have been a new upload set but we are a week behind so expect the next week to be posted in just a day or two. here is what we rocked for that week though. the PK13/14 Did a good job last week and I'm not sure if I mentioned it but I overfilled my system accidentally so those additional nutrients really saved me I think. They only recommend it for about 1 week though so we swapped it out for some House and Garden Top Booster that I had lying around. I'm actually pretty sure the additives are the exact same but I decided to roll with it anyway. The last time I used pk it was for a total of 2 weeks and the plants turned out great in that personal grow. the plants were all extensively Lolied and defoliated before I took a quick business trip. I'm actually off-site right now and have yet to see how this tuned out so hopefully the plants didn't explode and touch the lights while I'm away. I'm really excited to see how they turned out not seeing them every day I'll be in the same boat as yall haha. Have a great week and enjoy the solstice

What is up all you beautiful people. like I said I have this week's pics and I am about to dump and then pump it full of juicy fresh nutrient water. the RH has remained under control and now I am noticing some plants seem to be flowering faster than others. I'm hoping I didn't make the same mistake and get clones from different mothers but the phenos look the same so I'm not sure. I have noticed the growth under the lights and have played with the idea of buying another sf 4000 and sticking it in the middle. these lights have me a bit confused especially when it comes to pairing light intensity with distance and then with what stage of plant life veg flower etc. If anyone has any experience with these boards the advice would certainly be welcome. I decided to test my theory though the best I could by taking my personal closet SF 2000 and slapping it in the middle of the 2. the 2 SF 4000s are set at 80% while the center SF 2000 is set at 60% since its lower. I'm lowering the base nutrients this week from 450 to 400ml total. and adding Top shooter at 50 ml. I'm hoping this additive helps boost the plants that look behind

Alrighty, guys and gals it's another res change and another opportunity to make mistakes haha. All in all, I actually got a lot of helpful advice through the questions forum so a big shout out to anyone that helped with those issues. Unfortunately with the rest of the canopy being somewhat the same height, I decided to leave the lights on 100%. I can't raise them any higher and I just have to better in veg when it comes to keeping the canopy even and encouraging bud sites. I'm super tempted to trim up the top big fan leaves but I honestly am not sure if it would help any at this point in time. I'm looking forward to giving the buds more time to grow though and I'm hoping a surprise myself with a great turnout. I'm still at a loss for when to harvest as far as what to look for with the buds aesthetically. I've heard the trichomes cloudy bit so many times but I guess I just cant tell if I should harvest what's larger done and cloudy then harvest the rest later etc.

Well guys it's week 8.. I think lol. I'm 100% certain (Not really) that I took clones from 2 different mothers again... like a real cotton-headed ninny muggins. I'm at a loss when it comes to harvesting early what seems to be done, waiting, and how to do it all with flushing. So any help in that practical aspect would be dope. I'm really excited to be rolling out of this one, to be honest. with all the mothers big and clone ready I can finally just ease back into something more beginner level, shorter, whatever you wanna call it haha. The plants all look healthy though. I don't think I really made any big nutrient mistakes. I used LST to get those big colas away from the light and they seem to be fattening nicely making me wonder if I should just leave everything for 2 or 3 more weeks. I decided to throw a PK booster in there. I read online that most in hydro will use it throughout the flower cycle if needed and I was getting weary about the other plants not fattening up. I just keep hearing these things should yield crazy and I'm not seeing it. Then again it has been a bumpy ride. The nutrient change was done on the 14th and the photos are from today. Stay safe yall

What is up you sexy displays of humanness? It's week something lol.. 9 I think. I always forget if a week is passed then counted or vice versa lol. The plants look waaaaay better from the first time I flowered. I think the environmental controls like the AC and the light distance are finally all getting locked in. I could be messing up nutrients but based on what I see I'm not burning or underfeeding to my knowledge. I'm praying for that last fattening week for these things to bulk up because I'm pretty sure they have maybeeeeee 2 weeks then a 3-day flush. Yall are the experts though so feel free to weigh in. Especially with the plants looking all over the place. Ill bust out the electronic microscope for some trichome pics next week closer towards harvest time. I keep reading it's a long flower and they still have a lot of white pistons. Plants are hella icier though compared to the first run, they look stickier, and overall I'm feeling more accomplished. I can't tell if I'm leagues away from pulling 1 lb per plant. Now the right light...... ugh.. idk why but I was trying to get my damn BN link dual timer programmed bc I have the closet in there still vegging and once I plugged everything in that right light had half the board go out again. This happened a while back and after I've checked all the connections it just randomly came back on one day and I have not questioned it over the months. Kinda pissed I cant have 1 smooth day but that's life I guess haha. oh weird question but my rooms are completely sealed. they don't really have ducting or new air pumping in. Could the plants be suffocating themselves getting that big and flowering in a closed room? I've heard the air you breathe is more than enough most time and I don't want to burn unnecessary money but If they are logically just not getting enough Co2 to transpire then.. ya.. you get my point lol. Oh and I scratched the pk 13/14 bc i felt like I was pushing my luck with it only recommended for 1 week and also it's about the end of my knowledge so I figured cutting something extra was the safe bet. the leaves are all dark too

@Ezzjaybruh, Hey that's where I was just a couple of months ago! you got this man haha. IDK why but it came so fast to me but I just really love the whole thing. Spent years trying to find what I wanted to do and this is just kinetic enough but not hard labor haha GOOD LUCK

oumaaan huge plants and they were 19 weeks inn vegetation=? holy guercamole.... yeah but i confirm what i said, give them 5-6 more weeks and they will have good budsites... if not,,,,,shoot the breeder^^

@Mrs_Larimar, Thanks! I'm honestly not too sure the exact veg time and I think the site just populated that 19 so I couldn't figure out why or change it haha. I flipped right after the first round though and that's kinda where I'm at. They are no older than 12 weeks, A Sativa loop where the flower room seems to take way too long and I just can't figure out when to harvest or boosting bud size and production. I'm about to just change to one of my other strains I've grown mothers from like wedding cake or anything simple. I'll take you up on that kill-the-breeder line though hahaha. I had to learn the hard way about phenos not matching in a scrogged rdwc system LOLOL. Thanks for the advice! I hope you're right and I'm just stressing out myself :).

@Ezzjaybruh, Thanks man! trying to figure out how frosty or what these things are supposed to look like during flower. I have this bad feeling my light intensity is cooking them but idk lol

Looks great. Super silver haze is a big yielder and I believe someone got the 10 for 10 deal and popped every seed in the pack. Am I right..?

@michael_2r1, The first round yes lol. it's my first time growing and I just loved the description. I didn't realize that even the plants in the same strain can vary and once I flipped too late I was done haha. I'm pretty sure every bud is airy and I might get something but dang was I unprepared for just how big they get. I just monster-cropped them so severely I'm worried flipping but Ill update that soon and I hope it helps new growers be more confident training their plants. :)
