Little E's first grow ever :)

Little_E Day- 8 Misted this morning around 8am. Checked on them when the lights came on at 3pm. Day- 10 Moved the girls into their tent. Temps are a bit high. So I opened the tent to get some fresh air blowing in there. Day- 13 Added a humidifier so the humidity has gone from 10% to 40%. Also watered them today. Temps have dropped below 90 finally. I try keeping the tent open to let air circulate in and let it cool down. When the lights are off it gets down to 73. Day- 14 Watered. Heat in the 80’s. Humidity in the 50's.

Little_E DAY- 15 Watered until it came out of the bottom of the cup. Heat in the 80’s. Humidity in the 50s. DAY- 20 Opened up the duct holes in the tent to get lower temps in there. Next water I will start using PH water. Also very close to repotting into their new home.

Little_E Day- 22 Repotted and fed them ph water that read 6.35. Fed 1ml of ph down with 1 gallon of water. Gave each plant a half gallon of the ph water. Day- 23 Added another half gallon of ph water to both plants. I think they were being underwatered. Or not watered thoroughly. We will see how they look tomorrow at 3. Expecting a big growth spurt. May have to look into topping them. Day- 24 I’ve topped both plants. I assume I did it correctly so we will see how that goes. Blacked out the windows in the room. Opened the door and now have a fan blowing all the hot humid air out. I’m thinking that will cool the room a lot and bring down internal tent temps. Day- 25 Ended up trying to do some LST got the biggest leaves on the bottom tied back and the top main two where I topped them. I’m going to water them again today. 1/2 gal each of ph water. Waiting to see how much run off I get. If not enough, I will do another half gallon. Day- 26 Soil is still moist so I will not be watering today. Day- 28 Last day of veg week 3! Little_E Day- 30 Put some cameras up in the tent for some peace of mind. The girls are going nuts. Going to water them tomorrow. Heat has been in the lower 80's and humidity in the 50's. So far so good! Day- 31 Watered today. Also did some defoliation and topping. Hopefully those huge fan leaves being removed will boost some more growth! Day- 33 Finally completed my grow set up. Will update with some pics of the girls tomorrow.

Little_E Day 35- Did a really good watering today. I added a tablespoon of blackstrap per gal of water. Will see how she looks in the AM. Also been doing a little defoliation here and there. Will take more pictures tomorrow. Day 36- Took my tent out of the closet in my spare room. I wanted to be more discreet but it was too hard to work out of so I took it out. Really loving the new set up though! The girls DEFINITELY enjoyed the watering yesterday. Waiting on nutes for a bit longer since I'm using FFOF. So just water and blackstrap for now.

Little_E Day- 44 I did some defoliation and more LST this week. Watered them yesterday. They're looking really good! Can't decide when I want to flip to flower. Day-46 Did more defoliation. I also decided to flip to flower. Lights will go off at 3am and on at 3pm. Could have probably done more defoliation but I don't want to chop them to death. Everything is a learning lesson so we will see how it goes. The real adventure begins! Day-47 They had their first 12-12 night. Lights went on at 3pm.

Little_E Day-51 I watered them yesterday. I tried half the recommended amount of calmag and FloraBloom since this is their first time getting nutes. Also been 5 days since I flipped to 12/12. Cataract is about 14 inches tall and Cannalope is 16 inches tall.

Little_E Day- 57 Man. These girls are really getting big! Did more LST yesterday and watered 2 days ago. Did half the recommended nutes again. Playing it safe. Been pretty smooth sailing so far! Day- 58 Did a lot of defoliation. Hopefully it allows for some more growth! Day- 60 Watered today. Still sticking to half the recommended amount of nutes. Been watering about once every 6 days. Still using blackstrap molasses on every watering. Day- 62 It's a jungle!

Little_E Day- 66 I watered yesterday. Just PH and molasses. Wanted to see how they did without nutes. Sort of wanted to make sure there wasn't too much nute build up in the soil. So let's see how that goes. Did more LST. Pretty happy with how they're doing so far!

Little_E Day- 72 I watered on day 69 with half the recommended nutes. They seem to need to be watered every 4-5 days now so tomorrow I will check and see how they're doing. I decided to try out a scrog net. I hope I'm doing it correctly. I am no longer removing them from the tent. Getting a little frost action on Cataract. Hoping Cannalope will catch up.

Little_E Day- 79 Okay, so I ditched the scrog. I feel like I put it on way too late. Stuck with some LST so the light can reach lower spots. Still doing half nutes. I have yet to see any serious issues with going half. I watered today. The weeks seem to be flying by. Cataract looks a little ahead of Cannalope as far as how frosty. Getting antsy! Already preparing for my next grow 🤪

Little_E Day- 87 Going to switch up nutes and use Jack's 321 starting tomorrow. I will post more pictures and details tomorrow. Patiently waiting for these girls to finish! Day-89 I watered today with Jack's 321 so I hope the girls will like that better than FF. I ran into some deficiency issues. Got an Apera PH meter because I think the vivosun one I had just wasn't accurate enough. I also raised the light higher because I think they were getting too hot. So PH was 6.5 and I used Jack's part A and B and Magnesium Sulfate. So I'll have better pictures when these girls are feeling themselves again! Also started a new grow. 5 Purple Lemonade autos. They all popped open so be sure to follow that grow as well!

Little_E Day- 90 We are at week 6 of flower. I have some updated pictures of the girls! Day- 92 Got a new 4x4 tent and the HLG Scorpion Diablo. Can't wait to see how these girls blow up now 😍 Day- 93 Watered with Jack's 321 today. The girls seem to like it. Will try and get pictures tomorrow. Day- 97 Watered with Jack's. Upped the Jack's Part B since they seem to show signs of calmag deficiency. We shall see if they do better in a couple days.

Little_E Day 98- Girls got a photoshoot yesterday and watered Day- 101 Watered today with Jack's. And snapped pics.

Little_E Day 105- So we are on week 8 of flower as of 2 days ago. Day 105 from seed. I watered both plants today with Jack's. I'm hoping this is the last time with nutes for at least one of the girls. My sativa has mostly cloudy trichomes so I'm going to start flushing her after this. I'm thinking she will be where I want her to be in a week. Maybe a tad longer. I'm waiting out the indica a little while longer because I'm shooting for a decent amount of amber. I can see the finish line What a major learning experience. So humbled to share this journey with you all. Not a perfect grow by any means but I hope to use this knowledge and crush my second grow. Day 109- Started 36 hours of dark at 5:30am Day 110- Trimmed and hung. What a ride it has been! Can't wait to update with a dry weight.

Little_E It was my first grow so I know my next crack at this strain would be much better. I didn't have too many issues or any crazy setbacks. It was smooth sailing for a while and then had some nute/deficiency issues but it was later in flower. I did move them into a bigger tent with a far better light but not until the last 3 weeks of flower. So I know I'll have to grow this again in the future and compare!
