This is a rare combination of Southeast Asian Landrace's smuggled into the country back in the 1970's by a True OG known as McNulty, R.I.P. Its origins root in Thailand, Laos, and Cambodia. It is an equatorial autoflower that has been stabilized and line-bred x3 annually in tropical conditions here in the South East Region of the United States for the last 50 years. Named Timothy Leary for its Electric Sativa/LSD like effects. Very energetic and uplifting high, stimulating deep thought, and visual color trails. Plants remain stout, reaching a maximum height of 3 feet when planted in larger containers exhibiting 2 distinct phenotypes, a single cola and a branching cola. Bud is somewhat airy but very resinous, typical for these tropical genetics. Plants are mold resistant, can take freezing conditions as low as -2.2 degrees Celsius for 3 days, and the hottest summers and droughts as high as 40.5 degrees Celsius. Insects seem to pay the plants no interest so it can easily be grown organically with little to no pesticides as it has been since the dawn of time. Plants were germinated in 15 cell liners using Roots Organic soil, and up-potted into 2 gallon pots containing Fox Farms Ocean Forest at 3 weeks of Age. Plants were grown under 18 hours of LED light during this time and have just been hardened off outside. The 2 earliest showing females and 3 earliest showing males have been segregated for breeding to encourage early sexing.

Flower Girl Bud & Bloom Booster 3-9-4 3.906 mll
Plants were just moved into flower and transplanted into 5 gallon pots containing fox farms ocean forest and amended with Dr.Earth Bud and Bloom at a rate of 1 tbsp per gallon of soil. They will be given compost tea once weekly and water the rest of the time. The 2 phenotypes are really expressing themselves now. They just came out of a 3 day freeze with a low of -1.1 C (30 F)

Plants have popped nicely since being transplanted into 5 gallons and moved into 9 hours of direct sunlight. They have grown to between 30" and 34" and are requiring fertigation daily. They recieve compost tea, brewed from kelp, cow manure, mushroom compost, worm castings, and bat guano at the beginning of the week and honey es with superthrive at the end of the week. No strong smell yet but every plant has shown its true form and sex. Would say they are all a good solid week into flower now. Due to the colder weather and morning dew the calyx are already turning blue. Three distinct phenotypes here, the Tim Leary #1, Trishula, and a 3rd we are calling Ubon Ratchathani or Emerald Triangle, for the region of South East Asia it originates from.

Plants have reached a solid 2.5 to 3 feet in height and gone through 3 frost spells so far with no issues. They have just been moved into the general population here at the farm. They recieved one spray of Triact 70, organic neem oil for pest prevention and ant bait was spread around the pots because of the added molasses. No pest issues so far. Still have 3 plants delayed in flower but the other 5 are a week to 2 weeks in now. Have done some minor defoliation to allow more sunlight to reach lower nodes of the plants. They are fed compost tea with recharge microbes at the beginning of the week and honey es with superthrive at the end of the week. They wont require anymore top dressing because the soil was amended with earth dust bloom at 5 gallon transplant and then top dressed 3 weeks later with dr.earth bud and bloom booster. These are both slow release organic amendments that will continually feed throughout the bloom cycle.

Plants have reached maximum height and have pulled through several killing frosts this winter. The Tim Leary #1 and Trishula pheno's remain short and stout while the Ubon Ratchathani has grown to the top of the tomatoe cages. They are drinking every other day and have all set into flower nicely. The Tim Leary #1 phenotype and most desirable is Indica dominant, apparent by the density and stacking of the flowers. The Ubon Ratchathani (Emerald Triangle) phenos are more airy, typical for its equatorial lineage, but should yield nicely. The Trishula pheno is still slow to flower and only time will tell. Plants are receiving compost tea with recharge microbes at the beginning of the week and Humboldts Secret honey es with Superthrive at the end of the week. They should be ready in another 4-6 weeks.

Plants are enduring the cold nicely and are just now starting to swell and fill out. We have a few that are a little behind but these should all be ready in another 4-6 weeks. So far its testing between 15% and 20% total THC. The Tim Leary #1 Pheno smells like sweet berries where the Emerald Triangle and Trishula smell like fresh greens and diesel. I am beginning the flush now with honey es to really force these ladies to suck up everything in their root balls. The cold nights over the next week in the mid 1 Celsius (30-35 Fahrenheit) should aid in this and allow them to frost up nicely. One plant is experiencing a little bit ok P-K burn which is why I am beginning the light flush with water and honey es only till harvest.

Plants have been moved indoors to finish flowering due to the cold slowing down growth. Trichomes are beginning to cover the foliage and clayxs. Smells of sweet berries and OG Kush emanate the room. They will only be recieving honey es from this point forward. I may feed them a P-K Booster next week just to aid in flower density.

The plants have really filled out over the last few weeks. I am going to harvest the Tim Leary #1 Phenos and an Ubon Ratchathani (Emerald Triangle) due to their size and age. They could go for another 2 weeks however the flood tray is starting to get over crowded and the remaining phenos still have another 4 weeks minimum to really fill out. If anything, they may need another small feeding of P-K. Feeding and light manipulation has really brought out the dormant thai genetics and equatorial sativa traits. This is proving to be a very fascinating autoflower and equatorial sativa landrace. This grow resembles that of the original NY Sour Diesel, long flowering times, giant fluffy buds, and a potent aroma of berries instead of fuel. Really it is unlike anything I have ever seen. The pistils are beginning to turn orange, and the calyx's are pumping out their second round of fresh pistils and trichomes. About 15% of the trichomes have started to amber. The Main kolas are swelling alot now however the under growth is still very larfy. Knowing the original breeder of this strain, he wouldnt have waited this long for the plants to flower so i feel harvesting 3 a little early is acceptable. For the last 50 years, this strain has been line bred in population numbers of about 200 planted in 1 gallon pots with good dirt. No nutrients no pesticides, just water. Under those conditions, they would finish in 85-90 days, ideal for a SOG setup! Now we are seeing the full genetic potential of these plants for the first time since the breeding project began. A real Gem!

The Plants look like they have done the majority of their swelling and have a week or two left to ripen. Sweet notes of berries, reminiscent of OG Kush, fill the room. The buds are super resinous to the touch and live up to their thai lineage! The Ubon Ratchathani (Emerald triangle) is very airy, very resinous, and smells of berries. This is what I would expect from a thai strain. Long flowering times and super sticky, leafy/airy buds. The Trishula on the other hand has produced gumdrop buds smelling of og kush, and more indica leaning. Very surprised by these characteristics in a thai autoflower! Cannot wait to harvest! The sample buds taken 2 weeks ago are very smooth and taste like Monster Cookies. Light purple flower covered in milky white trichomes! I would guess around 23% total THC.

At this point we are flushing the remainder plants and seeing how much longer they're going to swell. The trichomes are still nearly 90% clear! Unreal! Such a rewarding grow! These plants smell like berries and fuel
