Do-Si-Dos on the Left. Indica dominant it has been very easy to deal with. No problems just watering and feeding, never had a deficiency. This was the first Big feed of dry amendments. I have fed 2 Compost Tea's and a small amount of blood meal. Compost Tea has almost completely eliminated the need to add to the soil (Fox Farm Ocean Forest). First time I have used this soil, no problems but I may try a different soil next grow.

Precautionary feed. My other strain is much hungrier and uses Nitrogen much faster. Gave this a half dose 3 Tbsp Blood Meal. Not much to say, plant is "set and forget" easy. Minor defoliation and LST is all that has been required.

The Do Si Dos continue to be very easy to manage, 2 minor defoliations and 1 feed. Added another light. Daily breakdown of anything significant below. Dec. 6 - Small defoliation and Feed of 4 Litres of Molasses water. (1 TSBP of Molasses for approx. 8 Litres of water) Dec. 10 - Lowered RH to 45-47% on advice from a more experienced grower. - Trimmed any fan leaves that were pushing directly into another grow site - Trimmed small fan leaves at the bottom of the plant that lacked light or a major growth spot - Removed any unintended bud growth from the lowers - Raised and secured several lower Cola's that had stretched but unable to support their own weight Dec. 11 - Installed additional light fixture, Vivosun "Full Spectrum" "600W" (270W)

Starting to see the effects of heat and light stress on the Do-Si-Dos. Did my best to mitigate the problem but got some severe leaf curl. Dec. 14 - Fed 1 TBSP of Molasses per 8 Litres of water, Do-Si-Dos gets 4 Litres - Added two 4ft, 41W Bloom LED side lights Dec. 15 - Added two, 6" intake holes to reduce temps - Added DIY duct tunnel to direct more air to the center of the tent Dec. 16 - Fed 2 OZ of Organic Rev in 8 Litres of water, Do-Si-Dos gets 4 Litres

Heat/light stress continues, I over trimmed and possibly over fed the Do-Si-Dos. I stopped using my center light that puts off the most heat and dimmed the QB to 50% Dec. 20 - Fed Gaia Green Soluble Seaweed Extract to reduce plant stress Dec. 21 - Temp at Canopy - 22C, RH 48% -Temp below Canopy - 19C, RH 56% Dec. 23 - Fed 2 Litres of Compost Tea Dec. 24 - Fed 2 Litres of Compost Tea -Lollipopped plant (mistake?) Dec. 26 - Epsom Salt added to water (1/4 tsp per liter of water) plant gets 4 Litres, approx. 1 Litre run off

This was damage control week for the Do-Si-Dos. I over fed and gave too much light and now nutrient burn and heat stress setting in causing browning, curling of leaf tips. Switched to 10 hrs of Light at some point. Dec. 29 - Trimmed off any burnt leaf tips and removed some of the worst leaves Dec. 30 - 2 Oz of Organic Rev in 8 Litres of water, Do-Si-Dos gets 2 litres Dec. 31 - 2 more litres of Rev water added Jan. 2 - Water PH'd to 6.4 with tsp of Epsom Salt (700 PPM), Do-Si-Dos gets 3 Litres - Run off PH 7.0 - Run off PPM Error on 3 samples (over 5000)

More preventative measures this week for the Do-Si-Dos with a mini flush with Flawless Finish. Trying to mitigate nutrient burn, salt build up and allow as much time as possible for my other strain to finish before both are Harvested. Soil PPM is over 5000 and with harvest coming asap I will not have adequate time for a large flush nor will it make any significant difference in reducing soil PPM. Jan. 5 - Used 16 ml of Flawless Finish PH'd to 6.1 in 8 Litres of water. Do-Si-Dos gets 4 Litres - Run off PH 6.7 - Run off PPM ERROR (over 5000) Jan. 7 - Lights out for 24 hrs in preparation for Harvest

Happy Harvest Day!

Indica dominant head high, best for night probably, I have been more tired lately but still not enough to actually fall asleep easily. Pistils are pink, largest cola were 3-3.4 grams. Mild Diesel smell not to overpowering compared to others. Pressing into Rosin is working fairly well with a buttery consistency. Not pressing as easily as the Gelato but might get better over the next weeks. I would give it a 4/5 for Rosin potential for an experienced presser. Easy to grow but do not over feed, take special care in late flower to keep RH optimal (too low and your plants will transpire too much) and light far enough away. Reacts negatively to heat/light/nutrient stress. Don't over veg if you are not experienced or you will reduce yield. 5 weeks is maybe sweet spot, I went 7 weeks but training was not optimal so Colas did not even out as much as I had hoped.

Easy too grow if you don't over do it. Minimal Nitrogen needed, no deficiencies during the entire 118 days. All problems were due to MY mistakes and beginner errors. Finished Height was 29 inches with training. Overall it was not a very aggressive plant and would probably work well in a small space. A well trained and trimmed plant should provide some very nice looking, large Cola's full of trichomes. This was the frostier of the 2 strains I grew. I kept the plant fairly well trimmed so the harvest was not too bad. I cut any dead leaves / burnt tips before hang drying. More leaf than the Gelato but lots of trichomes. Going to try pressing the trim in to Rosin too! Yield could have been better but I stunted it in late flower it the plant did not fully have enough space to grow which may also have affected yield. In the future I will only do single strain grows to ensure optimal environment for all plants is easier attained.
