3 of 4 plants got through the critical stage. one seed came out with deformed first leaves and so I started another seed.
I mixed about 33g of Green House Feeding Grow powder to 11L Liters of soilmix.
Here we are about day 11 and the last plant entered the tent. So she is about day 4.
Now firing about 80W down the plants with about 30k Lux. Maybe a little bit too much for the youngest but we´ll see what happens.
Here we are back in week 3 of vegetation stzage and all are doing well.
They got one dose of the Green House Enhancer, full of humidic acid.
Next week I will top them.
After topping and doing some training on them it looks really messy and chaotical in the tent.
Typically for some RQS genetics, huge leaves showing up.
I left 4 nodes on each plant so hopefully I get 8 colas out of each plant.
Now I will train them to reach the same height for a ScroG.
That week I did a lot of defoliation and also some supercropping with the Kyle Kushman technique.
I twisted the stems multiple times.
Now I will switch to 12/12 the next days.
One week is gone since te massive defoliation and training, now under my ScroG Net and ready to flower.
Could really be a nice grow if nothing problematic happens from now on.
This week the plants started flowering.
It seems I have to do one more defoliation soon, maybe next week. There are too many bud sites under the net by now.
Nutrition does a good job, all are looking healthy and strong.
This second week of flowering they gained about 10cm of height, so it seems it is stretching time now.
Raised the light power up to 160W now to provide enough photons.
Here we got third week of flowering. The progress is just as I like it, the flowers are growing nice and strong.
There is also some nice stretch going on. The smell is getting stronger, now you really smell them when opening the tent.
It´s the fourth week of flowering. The light is set to maximum Power (200W), the additional Far Reds are working 15 mins when the lights go out to trigger the night.
Therefore the light is set to 13h light and 11h darkness.
This week the plant gained about 5 to10 cm and also the buds got bigger.
Still have some light green leaves but honestly I don´t care much about that, all girls are doing well and will come to harvest soon.
Slowly we come to an end here. This is week 6 of flowering and the girls are now fattening up the buds and the UV is doing the job now to enhance the production of trichomes.
Week 7 of flower, it seems that they are nearly done. Maybe 14 more days till harvest.
The smell is now rich and dense, opening the tent means filling the whole room with terpenes.
After let them dry for about 7 days in a dark tent with 220m³ airflow and 50% humidity they were ready to go into big jars with some 62% bovedas.
Now and then opening the jars for couple minutes until i get about 62% humidity, now about 66% to 68%.
After one week in the jars I still have to open them daily as there is more humidity to get rid of.
Smell is intense right now, very earthy and wooden, pine smell with some lemons on top.
The taste when vaping it is new to me, not really the kind of taste I am looking for but the effect is great.
It feels good, less stoned than expected in the first hours, but very happy and euphoric feeling. The stoned sneaks in after the first hour but not too heavy, so I can still get things done when needed.
This grow was challenging because I never worked with that kind of genetics before. Without lots of light the buds get very fluffy, especially the lower buds were mostly popcorn buds.
So the rating 8 out of 10 because it is really a good strain with good effects but not my desired taste and tricky to grow for me.
I had to harvest after seeing first signs of mould. That cost me about 80g wet buds. But with those big buds it was just a matter of time. So I decided to harvest fast and to disassemble the big buds for better drying to prevent more mould.
This time i used a spinner and did a wet trim. This was a sticky mess as always, I prefer dry trimming but here it was necessary to start trimming before drying.
Took me about 3 hours to defoliate all girls and cut them down for the spinner.
The trim gave me about 7g of fine bubble bag hash. Not much for others but enough for me to get high for almost 2 weeks.
Nice job bro Would defo run it again bro i ran 3 seeds and 2and 3 sounds like your pheno it took 11 week had that earthy woody terps but seed number one is more northen lights pheno it grows like cali buds alot smaller but tight dence and one of frostiest strains i ran from royal queen chocolate lemon hazelnut terps and strong indica feel compared to other seeds
Great job. I also use GH Feeding, a pro-emit lamp and grownest fabric pots. Every product I search to find reference grows to I find you. Will def. follow you and your beauts.👌
