This week, I started to notice deficiencies. Struggled to specifically diagnose them and I'm still not entirely sure I have... but I believe they're calcium deficiencies from watering with Reverse Osmosis H20. So, I brewed a compost tea for veg plants, and added some extra calmag. They seem to be responding well. Also started low stress training this week.
The girls are doin pretty good this week. Finished off L.S.T. earlier in the week. Applied first re-amendment of nutes, not including the compost tea from last week. Turned the light almost all the way up. Hoping to flatten out the canopy with a trellis net. There doesn't seem to be deficiencies on the new growth, and they're going full steam ahead so I'm happy about that.
Flowering has really taken off. Kolas are thickening up and smelling amazing... The plants are still a little short. I think I may have stunted them in veg, possibly by giving them some bloom nutrients too early. Was a recommendation from "Mr. Canuck's Grow" (not sure that it was a good one).... Brewing a fungal-dominated compost tea for flower rn, going to administer tomorrow and show the results next week... also trellis didn't make much difference with the uneven canopy, maybe I installed it too late 🤷♂️
Did some minor defoliation, and added final nutes before flush. Although stunted in veg, the outer two smaller plants are flowering well, thickening up, and smelling dank af... the center largest plant is still dealing with some type of deficiency that's been very difficult for me to diagnose. It's still chugging along with lots of bud spots, but the kolas aren't nearly as thick and seem like they might turn out larfy. It's also drinking the same amount of water much more slowly than the other two smaller plants... kinda strange right?
Ps. I kinda f-ed up the compost tea and fed it to the plants before knowing it... I let the tea brew for 72 hours and should have stopped at 48 hours... plants didn't seem to mind too much though (I don't think the center plant's deficiencies have anything to do with the overripe tea.)

Eventful week for the girls... threw in another 95w LED to finish out flower and to grow an extra plant or two next run. Checked the trics on the leftmost plant and they were almost all cloudy and even starting to turn amber in a couple spots, so I decided it was time to chop her. Probably gonna take the other smaller plant down soon as well. The tallest plant is still looking larfy as hell but I'm hoping she'll thicken up a little over the next week or two.
Took one stunted plant out, she finished early. Took off the scrog, and rearranged the plants/lights. Biggest plant is showing some potassium deficiency so I hit her with a little Langbeinite. Hoping that does the trick and speeds along the lagging flower. I'm almost more focused on prepping for the next run already. Haha I made mistakes with this one and I'd like to see if I can correct them next time.
Took 2/3 plants down. Tried flushing but I used mostly organic slow release nutes, so the leaves didn't yellow much. Still letting the last girl finish up for a few days, her flowering got stalled... Took her top kola off so the under branches could get some more light and finish up. She's gonna be a larfpile but she smells good. The smallest girl turned out to be the thicccest... will update with full harvest soon ✌️
Made a ton of mistakes, but it was my first run. Overall I like this strain a lot, but I probably should have picked something easier. I learned a lot though. The strange part, is that all three plants were much different in size and bud structure, and one of them even seems more sativa to me (slightly more piney terps than the others). Hopefully, I can eliminate all larf on this next run, which is already underway.🤞
When using dry amendments you have to time ur last top dress to ur harvest time. Normally it takes 5 weeks for the nutrients to deplete and u will see fading
