Pbb x mac seems to be liking the new light, a phlizon pr-1000.
Starting to push into flower. Spraying one of the branches multiple times a day with colloidal silver. Photos to come. On a different phone.
Added some compost tea
Coming along well, the differences in buds are interesting. Hopefully it yields some productive pollen in a few weeks. Just a few more days of spraying left. Amended the soil with some Gaia greens, at2/7th strength as that was my excess mix from my organic tent,
Started adding bud candy to the mix because it came in a pack, I know molasses is cheaper and works pretty much as well. Big bud will be added next watering for the next 2 or so weeks
Buds are coming along nicely the male branch is developing nicely try to monitor it to clip or bag her to prevent total insanity with the pollen and seeds...pretty
Pistols are popping. Pollen collection is on. Hopefully the whole plant isn't too laden with seed but she seems to be coming along now and I've isolated the branch with an old water bottle to keep pollen from going everywhere. Will collect in a few days when more start to pop.
Bud production is looking good, will find out soon enough if the bottle method works
Coming along fairly nicely, still smells like gummy bears, curious how it evolves and cures. Seeds appear to be developing on the buds I pollinated. Removed the silver branch so its slowed growth but needed the increased airflow and didn't want to pollinate everything. Keeping it in a jar and collecting the rest of the pollen for a future project(peanut butter lemon cookies for next year if all goes well)
Well into flower, seeds are being produced on the pollinated buds. Seems like they will produce a lot of seeds and looking like it's only the intentionally pollinated buds. Bottle method seems to have worked exceptionally well
Flush this week and harvest. She's starting to shift and wanting to keep it more energetic. Plus I just need the space, she is literally eating up a whole 2x4 tent just to herself
Will update when I dry. Also pulled a couple clones that are vegging out until the put on some size. Over all a great strain, happy I ran a seed experiment on her. Learned a fair bit about fem seed production. Still waiting to see how the seed turned out. Hopefully I've succeeded in producing a healthy handful yo preserve this strain and help refine her. Looking forward to an experimental cross going forward too.
The squish in this is superb. Consistently 20% returns on a cheap mechanical rosin press
