12/11/20: first day above ground. Grew this outdoor last grow and curious how it compares to an LED. Also, my tent is in an uninsulated shed. I have a large germination mat assisting with heat. My temps range 60 to 75 in the tent and 40 to 60 outside. Not optimal but it is what it is. Probably won't be a summer grow with tent because it gets over 100 during the summer.
Wasn't sure exactly how long to use the germination week so I started this.
12/15: nights are really cold here. Got down to 38 last night. Tent was about 62.
Took dome off.
D12: plant taking its sweet time to grow. Interesting to note that there is very little stem or spacing so far. Looks all leaf. Looks different than my sun grown. But she looks healthy.
D13: hardly any growth. Not sure why so slow. I've flipped to 24hr veg to keep tent warmer.
D15: plant seems to be putting energy into nodes rather than leaves. Not sure if I stunted this or its a small pheno.
D16: plant is very delicate and main stem not strong. I watered it today with a quart of water/nutes.
D18: she looks pretty good today. Growth picking up.
D20: looks healthy. Lower branching well underway. Watered with some armor si and root rapid start.
D21 she looks great. Growing well. She just showed her first pistils. Would have been nice to get an extra week of veg out of her.
D29. Going well. This is my first time growing under led. It's hard to compare because this plant has a lot of foliage but it's very short. My Korona app says it's getting 49DLI so that's a lot of light.
D32. She is recovered from lst and things pointing back at light.
D33. Did some very light defoliation and some LST.
D34. Lowered DLI to around 40. I'm seeing some spots that could be light bleaching.
D37. Everything coming along well. Trying to leave it alone now.
D40. Might be having some P issues. I've flushed and started flowering nutes.

Comments: will say this plant feels a little dwarfish. Shade leaves on the smallish side. Super lush and busy however. Hopefully colas get some size next 8 weeks.
Hello gromies. I'm seeing some slight yellowing and brown spots on my fan leaves. I've been bottom feeding so maybe it's a lock out issue with calmag. I flushed with tap to get some run off. Any suggestions?
Seems like you may have a phosphorus deficiency seeing as its common for the stage of growth you are in. Over watering can also appear as a calcium deficiency
D43. Pretty sure she was deficient in phosphorous. She seemed dwarfish and slower for a while. Now in flower presents brown spots and yellowing. I've ph adjusted latest feeding. Stems to leaves are purple as well possibly pointing to phosphorous.
D52. She continues to yellow. Flushed with ph corrected nutes.
D54 The yellowing seems to have reduced. No longer the first thing I notice.
D57. Shes doing well so far.
D64. Not much happening. Just slowly building at this point. Hairs still 99 white. I estimate 3 to 4 more weeks.
D66. Leaves starting to get brown spots again. I thought my ph had solved it.
D67. Pistils starting to turn.
D71. She has brown spots on newer growth. Ive flushed and ph so not sure what else to do. Will keep her gong until harvest. Pistils starting to turn more.
D72. Pistils continue to turn. Leaves on buds spotting. I lowered plant and raised light. Could be light stress. Buds look like week 6. Estimate 2 to 3 more weeks. Trichomes still clear.
D78. She's fading. Looks good. Buds are nice and dense.
D79. Keeping an eye on trics. She's slowing on the uptake
D80. Mostly clear trics
D81. Starting to cloud. 1 to 2 more weeks
D95. She's getting close. Probably a 100 day strain.
D97. Slowed down a bit on the uptake. Most leaves have yellowed. Buds starting to chunk a little more.
D102. Decided to cut her down. Wow. Unbelievable wet weight of 654 grams. No idea that was coming. Everything is drying in bags. Will update with buds after dry.
Dry weight is around 166g of smokable bud. It's still a little bit on the wet side so burping as needed. Very impressed with the yeild considering its small stature. So much bud was under the canapy. I'll defoliate from now on as best I can.
