I would say that it's just a genetic problem , poor genes. A friend of mine grew a kush with similar leaves and it grew just weard with no regular leaves but a regular weed taste and potency.

What's your humidity and how often do you water with how much water?

you have a mite problem, fruit fly/gnat problem, or Tobacco Mosaic Virus, or another type of plant virus i would guess. Looks like she is being eaten

eithr restart with good genetics, or see it through as an experiment. But as long as its not mites, you're fine
